Getting Started Fighting Skin Parasites

Getting a handle on skin parasites is a challenging task. It can be overwhelming.
In the beginning it might seem like you're on top of a fence 6' high and only 3/4" wide--easy to fall off.
It's important to learn to think like a parasite.

Read my book and take many notes. Make lists of all the things to disinfect around your home.

Make a food list from chapter IV

Print out the do not eat list.

You're following the instructions in my book, and find times where the itching and biting have subsided. You're feeling good as you go to bed and are thinking that maybe you finally have a handle on the parasites only to wake up with itching and biting. In dismay you sink into disappointment and begin a mental search: Was it something you ate? Did the waiter give you the wrong information about the food you ordered? Was there an ingredient in the salsa that was a problem? Was it the rose wine? Is it a disinfection problem? Maybe your car wasn't disinfected sufficiently? Did you forget to disinfect your belt... your watch band? Maybe you picked them up someplace on you shoe souls? Maybe the jacket you got out of the closet? A barrage of questions surface.

The only good news in all of this is that you know that there is an explanation somewhere. And for a while your life revolves around the answers to questions of this nature. In the beginning of your fight against these parasites, it's like walking on the top of a 6' high fence only 3/4" wide--It's easy to fall off. Fortunately, as you make the a,b,c's in the book a part of your life--being concerned about things that never concerned you in the past--the fence gets wider and wider until its a foot wide and everything is second nature. In a way, you start thinking like the parasites. You get one jump ahead of them.

You do this by going through the book and making a list of all the things to do and..
Yes, you're going to disinfect your shoe souls.
Yes, you're going to disinfect the flooring and steps in your home where you walk.
Yes, you're going to disinfect the carpet in your car and the air conditioning and heater system.
Yes, you're going to disinfect your air conditioners or ac/heating vents in your home.
Yes, you're going to disinfect your personal effects--razors, jewelry, inside your pocket book, and so on.
Yes, you're going to read labels of everything you buy in the super market.
Yes, you're going to be adding compatible supplements to build immune functioning.
Yes, you're gong to go through the food cabinet and check everything for compatibility.
Yes, you're going to check the ingredients in those supplements you take.
Yes, you're going to be disinfecting every load of laundry.
Yes, you're going to go through your closet and launder anything or disinfect with dilute ammonia or diatomaceous earth before you wear it.
Yes, you're taking a supply of Nature's Gift™ Debriding Soap any place you go. Keep some concentrate in those 4 oz bottles and carry them with you. You can add two ounces of water to each ounce of concentrate that comes in the 4 oz bottle. If you get the super concentrate in the 8 oz bottle, then you can add four ounces of water for each ounce of concentrate for your skin concentrate. Plus your list may even be more extensive.

The good news is that getting your life back is possible, but it's as a result of living life differently than before--taking precautions you never thought necessary. In the beginning its a full time job--the reward is your life back. So, let's make that list.  Email it to me--the more extensive the better. And of course, during holidays, if you are socializing, bring temptations of different foods of which you might not know all the ingredients. Or you figure, "a little won't hurt too much."
