A Hearty Happy New Year to everyone.
This is a two item update along with your fun to watch New Year’s Holiday card at the end of the update.
1.ORAP makes it a three stage diet or maybe something else…
2. Manifestation of Health continued.
1. Although it has always been one of my first recommendations in the report, ORAP and similar meds may be more valuable than I imagined as my latest experience demonstrates.
Briefly my experiences with diet/medications and a summary to date.
First in the mid 90’s I discovered the essence of the diet and found it provided me with 95% plus relief by itself as it has with many of you. I wanted to eat normally again and hopefully be cured so I took ORAP for about ten weeks. With ORAP I was able to expand my diet beyond Stage I of the diet (have since learned how to do that without any meds), but with ORAP my diet for ten years included things like bananas, apples, and some other foods that are not on stage II of the diet. The only side effect from the ORAP that I had was slight motor loss in my legs from time to time.
In 04 I had become reinfected and the doctor used Zyprexa for two months instead of ORAP anticipating fewer side effects. Since that time in 04, I only got to the relative freedom I had in ten prior years and that was with Mepron (anti protozoan medication) during the summer of 05. At that time I ate everything I wanted, had no new reactions, but still retained old lesions.
I thought I was cured and I enjoyed about four weeks of gluttonous (gluttonous for me—normal for most) eating after I stopped the Mepron, and then all the terrioristic symptoms returned as I retreated to Stage I of the diet.
With the Zyprexa, I always gained more dietary freedom than with diet alone, but I had been unable to eat bananas, apples and some other foods I had enjoyed for over ten years before.
I mentioned this to my doctor and convinced her to give a go at ORAP again—particularly since I was having side effects with Zyprexa--aggravating pain in my joints and panic attacks (a problem for someone who specializes in the treatment of panic and anxiety). I certainly gained some first hand experience at what panic sufferers experience daily and fortunately had my techniques to draw upon otherwise I’d would have become a basket case.
For the first four weeks on ORAP I stayed very close to Stage I of the diet and then Friday the 22nd at our Christmas holiday party I decided to eat whatever (within reason) and deal with a few reactions a day or so later. Well, I drank three beers, ate tons of nachos, salsa, and whatever other Mexican food I desired. That evening and the following day at another party I did the same—drank alcohol and ate all kinds of nuts except for peanuts, Northern Chinese food, deserts… expecting to pay a day or two later. Much to my pleasant surprise the parasites never activated--no payment required.
I’m not a doctor, but I believe the ORAP kicked my immune system into high gear—and the diet for that month just made it that much more powerful. Now I say this because I have found a way of monitoring the part of my immune functioning required to keep parasites in check. It’s a rather primitive but very accurate measurement—my nose. That’s right, you read it correctly—my nose. It seems that when parasites are active, I notice an accumulation of yellowish white material in the pores of my nose. When I’m on stage I of the diet and or with the Mepron, or the ORAP, and the parasites are zilch in symptoms, the accumulation of that material in the pores of my nose is minimal. I surmise the accumulation is from my white blood cells being destroyed by the lyme/parasites.
You may recall that the report you purchased mentions several meds, ORAP and Zyprexa being two of them. To me, it makes sense to experiment with them to find the one that kicks in your immune functioning. And hopefully, my experience will provide you some guidance—feel free to return this email with questions. FYI, Mepron is about $700 a bottle and I had taken four of them over the course of my treatment in 05 and was 100% glad I had prescription coverage which unfortunately has changed—they placed limits on some meds like Mepron. But, Mepron is only suggested as a one time treatment for a duration of up to 120 days whereas ORAP and the other meds (Doxepin, Zyprexa, Risperdal, and Zoloft) can be used for longer periods of time. However, I don’t suggest relying on them or any treatment 100% as the diet has proven time and time again to be synergistic with any and all treatments and necessary to get the most from any treatment.
Side effects: Knock on wood, so far side effects from ORAP are minimal compared to what they were with Zyprexa.
The good news is that I’m discovering a third stage to the diet which makes eating an enormous pleasure—more later.
Now there is one other possibility that I might contribute my expansion of diet to and that is approximately 3 1/2 months ago I began three courses of thiabendazole—one and one-half gram every two weeks thereafter. I noticed no changes afterwards and in researching the drug found that it doesn’t kill the parasites but instead stops them from growing and multiplying. According to my doctor, the immune system is theoretically then able to kill them since their growth and increase in numbers is stopped. Unfortunately, she had no idea as to when or how long it would take to occur or if it would occur. During my last visit about three weeks ago, we both concluded that the thiabendazole was a dud. But maybe not. Maybe the ORAP kicked in my immune functioning and it’s using both together that makes the difference. I’m simply grateful to be further along in my path to what I hope is complete recovery and the 999 cream is still tops. I will be adding a page to the report from which you can purchase the cream if you haven’t been able to locate a source.
2. Manifestation of Health part II. Karol Truman who wrote Feelings Buried Alive Never Die… offers the following script to correct one’s own skewed thinking and fix it. I underlined the section where I applied it to the parasite issue. Remember, when you’re connected to “source” there’s no choice but “health.”
The Script
Here’s the script, “Spirit, please locate the origin of my feeling that I can’t successfully get rid of these parasites and be healthy.
Take each and every level, layer, area, and aspect of my being to this origin. Analyze and resolve it perfectly with God’s truth.
Come through all generations of time and eternity, healing every incident and its appendages based the origin. Please do this according to God’s will until I’m at the present-- filled with light and truth, God’s peace and love, forgiveness of myself for my incorrect perceptions, forgiveness of every person, place, circumstance and event which contributed to this feeling that I can’t successfully get rid of the parasites and be healthy.
With total forgiveness and unconditional love I allow every physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual problem, and inappropriate behavior based on the negative origin recorded in my DNA to transform.
I choose being healthy, vibrant and alive.
I feel the manifestation of health and peace of mind
I am totally successful at the experience of optimal health.
It is done. It is accomplished now!
Thank you, Spirit, for coming to my aid and helping me attain the full measure of my creation. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I love you and praise God from whom all blessings flow.”
Obviously, this script can be used for any intention you may have. Write it out and keep a copy with you in your purse or wallet. Whenever you have a few moments (as in waiting for an appointment) practice your self hypnosis and read your script—no need to memorize it.
Now there are some basic rules in addition to what I shared in the last update. Never use an affirmation such as, “I am free of parasites.” Why? Because the vibrations are on parasites. In my next update I’ll include a valuable technique from Ask and it is Given by Ester and Jerry Hicks.
And then maybe this approach has a lot to do with changes in my diet too. It’s certainly powerful.
Be healthy, well, and have a Happy New Year.

1. One of my biggest challenges is to satisfy the carbohydrate cravings. Pancakes are my best shot at dealing with the craving so I look for ways of making them taste better since all the sweet toppings I used to enjoy are off limits. I find that pancakes taste better by adding in cooked rice or puffed millet or puffed rice and walnuts to make them crunchy and tastier.
To save you a trip to the recipe section of the report, I make pancakes with rice bran, spelt, or millet flour, butter milk, egg, cocoa, baking soda, stevia, walnuts and rice bran oil.
2. 999 anti itch skin cream is the best I’ve used so far. It’s great for rashes and healing lesions. Found in oriental grocers and pharmacists for less than $5. Read #6 for possibility of ordering it on line…
3 Manifestation of health. I’ve been reading several books about attracting what you want in life. It’s easy for me to understand how I attracted parasites to grow in my body—ignorance as to what to do when I first began itching. It’s somewhat like imagining you never drove a car before and you got in, started it and began driving down the street expecting to reach the end of the street. A car pulls out in front of you and if you don’t know how to drive defensively, you could attract an accident.
Now the goal is to attract health. Summarized, you achieve the goal by:
1. Stop thinking about the how bad things are—that only vibrates bad things.
2. Be grateful for everything you have—that attracts more good stuff.
3. Get away from complaining and victim thinking—that vibrates victim.
4. Avoid thinking you can’t do something for when you do, you are arguing for your limitations and you own them.
How to correct the genetic make up to attract what you want in the next update.
4. Turns out that one teaspoon of stevia is the approximate equivalent of one cup of sugar. This means that the two cups of sugar in the chocolate cake can be replaced with two teaspoons of stevia at which point the cake is a Stage I delicacy. The only unknown is the teaspoon of vanilla which you could experiment cutting it in half or leaving it out. Now the icing is another issue. I’ve reduced the confectioner’s sugar from one cup to ½ cup with ½ teaspoon of stevia and the icing still tastes super. If you’re on Stage I, it’s worth a shot to have a tasty delicious desert (without the icing) which is totally sugar free. For the recipes go to the most recent email updates http://www.dstressdoc.com/Morgellons/Emails%20recent.htm
Warning re the brownies. I reduced the sugar in the brownies to a mere half cup of sugar and find that they are still very tasty, but they become very light and are easy to choke upon while eating—easy to inhale.
5. Eat whatever you want whenever you want. That’s right, if you plan ahead of time, you can almost eat anything you wish for a day or so, but you’ll want to get right back onto Stage I of the diet the next day unless you’re prepared for a parasite attack a day or two later. Now I wouldn’t suggest something like tuna in oil or anything in oil—for me that immediately brings on the most intense itch on my forearm within minutes—but you know things like egg plant parmesan, fettuccini made with regular pasta, cake, and other holiday goodies and candies…
6. I realize that some products such as 999 skin ointment, spelt bread, dark pumpernickel, and some other supplements and products recommended in the report may be difficult or impossible to find in other areas of the country. If there’s sufficient interest, return this email with a list of the products you desire and I’ll look into making them available through a special page in the report that you can order. Sorry, don’t think I’m up to baking chocolate cake and brownies in bulk.

9.Pancakes
I
remember seeing one of the parasites many many years ago when I was first
infected. It was the length and thickness of a dust particle that you see
floating in the sunlight except it wiggled on one end. Is this the critter for
which I still serve as a host? Is that the insect or is it a worm that comes to
the surface of my skin. Does it exist as eggs in the deeper layers of skin and
then hatch when I feed them (go off the diet), emerge to the surface, feed on
surface bacteria created by my eating habits, go through a metamorphic change it
into something else which has some kind of feeding pinchers which bite as it
reenters my skin?
Thanks
to the diet, the only good news is that 99.5% of the time I’m free of all
these symptoms. And my thoughts go to those of you who fight this aggravation
day in and day out. At 3:00 am there’s not much to be done other than to wipe
down with tea tree oil and get as much sleep as I can. Come morning, it’s
disinfection time—launder all bedding and spray any furniture I may have sat
on the previous night—and kick in Stage I of the diet. During the following
day, I notice few symptoms and within 24 hours of being on stage I of the diet,
I’m once again 99+% symptom free. I wonder why more subscribers don’t use
the diet. Why would anyone choose to fight the crawling and biting day in and
day out when the diet can provide freedom and a sense of a normal life? The diet
is like magic. In fact it’s so good that many who use it presume that whatever
other treatments they are doing—and everyone one of us are trying
something—has brought them cure. But when they have gone off the diet as I
have done many times, within days, the symptoms return. There is little in life
more disappointing than to have this to happen—it’s absolutely depressing,
BUT, the diet always works and instead of going through the disinfection and
bathing protocols endlessly day in and day out, it’s only when I stray from
the diet.
One
of my goals over the years has been to refine Stage I of the diet to such a
degree as to require a minimum period of time before advancing to Stage II which
is far more tasty and enjoyable.
If
one is free of Candida Albicans, it’s anticipated that one can advance to
Stage II within a week to ten days at most. However, if Candida Albicans is an
issue—and it is for many in the beginning—then one should stay of
Stage I for at least six to nine weeks minimum before advancing to Stage II of
the diet.
And until the medical world or one of us sufferers discovers a cure, it provides a virtually normal life.
2.
Starting the Diet is 1,2,3…
One essential item in the diet is to control the fats consumed. A simple call to
1-800-584-4481, Golden West Specialty Foods, will solve that problem. They have
half gallon containers of rice bran oil—I generally order two. It’s quite
affordable and turns out that rice bran oil is the healthiest oil on the planet
so there’s no sacrifice. You can also use real butter—no substitutes or
margarines. Again, it turns out that butter is far healthier than hydrogenated
margarines and the results of my lipids after over ten years of this diet are
perfectly in line with optimal health.
Next
is to plan for protein—that’s easy. Most any meat—chicken, turkey, beef,
pork (no sausage with fennel), fish (white fish, flounder), lobster, shrimp,
scallops, crabs will do. Of course if you already have a sensitivity to shell
fish, they will still be a “no no”.
Then
plan your veggies which is also pretty easy—non starchy vegetables—a long
list of veggies is in the report.
Finally
are the carbohydrates. This is the one challenge. It’s important to go to a
health food store and buy spelt, brown rice, millet, and or rye flours for your
flour needs--breading, pancakes, chocolate cake, bread...
If
you’re not into making your own bread, as most of us aren’t, contact
www.the-baker.com 908-995-4040 to order their spelt bread—the only
commercially available bread I’ve found compatible with Stage I of the diet.
In Stage I, no fruit juices, fruits of any kind, or commercially prepared breads
(except as noted above), snacks…
Oh,
almost forgot drinks. Fortunately water is the good news and black coffee is OK.
Remember, this is only for a week or so until symptoms clear up and newer
papules, lesions begin healing or clear up (unless you’re fighting Candida
too—look up some past updates for more info)
Go
to the report at www.DStressDoc.com/skin.htm and click on diet at the top for
more details concerning Stage I and stage II of the diet.
3.
Diet name refinement:
Just last month I changed the name of the diet from “the King Diet” to the
Parasite DietSM. After communicating with several subscribers by email, I
realized that the diet is as valuable for dealing with LYME as it is for
parasites and hence a further refinement—it’s now the Parasite Lyme DietSM
and of course we could add Candida Albicans to it as well, but I won’t get
carried away for there already are diets for Candida Albicans. However, if one
is suffering from Candida in addition to the parasites, then, I’d say the
Parasite Lyme DietSM supersedes the Candida diet as there are foods on the
Candida diet that parasites love.
4.
Reminder, as a subscriber to the diet and report, you are invited to email me
questions, share your experiences and so on. And please don’t feel guilty if
you’re not doing the diet or for some reason decided the diet’s not for you.
Simply return this email with any questions, experiences that you’d like to
share or ask about. If it’s pertinent, I’ll ask you if you doing the diet,
but I won’t hound you about it.
5.
Brownies
Uhm uhm good. One of the rewards for doing a good job with stage I of the diet
is that I get to enjoy chocolate cake (recipe given in previous update) and or
brownies. I’m always concerned about adding foods to the diet as it’s
difficult to tell if I’ve tested them sufficiently. Just as I was adding this
recipe, I noticed through my clothing what felt like a papule on my hip and my
first thought was, “Uh oh, maybe this is a delayed reaction to the
brownies.” I was in disbelief and went on and added the recipe acknowledging
that I might be removing it. Later when I showered, I found that the papule was
actually two or three bites that were caused by a herd of hungry mosquitoes. It
was a cold day today and I never even thought about mosquitos as I was out in my
work shop and got nailed by them. Who knows what kind of parasite or disease
they injected into my body.
Enough talk, here’s the recipe--enjoy:
INGREDIENTS:
1
cup (2 sticks) butter
3/4 cup sugar and twenty portions of stevia
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 eggs
½ cup sour cream
1 cup cocoa, unsweetened
1 1/2 cup of dark rye and rice bran flour (half of each)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
PREPARATION:
Cream butter, sugar, and stevia until well blended. Add vanilla, sour cream, and
eggs; beat until light and fluffy. Add cocoa, mixing in well. In a separate
bowl, stir together flour, salt, and baking powder; add to the creamed mixture
and stir until well blended.
Stir
in 1 cup chopped walnuts. Spread in a buttered 16-inch square pan. Sprinkle with
remaining chopped walnuts. Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes. Cool in pan then
cut in squares. I prefer to use sugar in the raw.
Makes about 20 2-inch brownies.
I limit my self to about three a day—more can bring on crawling symptoms.
6.
Nicotine update. I still believe there’s value and a possible cure with
nicotine. I asked my doctor and my mother’s doctor if there are any other
means of administering the nicotine other than the patch. Between the two of
them, the only option was an inhaler. Fortunately, my antenas are tuned to the
subject and I saw a show on the boob tube which mentioned liquid nicotine.
I
searched liquid nicotine to find that just a drop or so of pure nicotine on the
skin could be life threatening. Then I searched for nicotine drops and found
that they are being used in England—adding them to tea—what else would and
Englishman drink?--for smoking cessation. I didn’t look past the first
page—something to add to my “to do” list. Seems to me diluted nicotine
drops directly on the lesions will kill anything in or around those lesions.
But, I also know that those drops will really knock one mentally for a loop.
More later as I learn more…
7.
Larry King show. Hope many of you had an opportunity to catch the Larry King
Live show. Joe Vitale, one of the guests, is an acquaintenance I met at the
National Guild of Hypnotists’ convention two years ago. I was glad to see that
some of what they discussed was methods of addressing negative or self limiting
thinking which happens to be one of my specialties. Many of my clients over the
years have confided in me that they often thought of themselves as being their
own worst enemy which is what prompted me to discover a most phenomenal
technique. I researched all kinds methods that others used—positive thinking,
affirmations, stop thinking… and the list goes on—including those that were
shared on the Larry King show. Unfortunately, all of them directly or indirectly
invalidates the “negative thinking” and since the negative thinking comes
from the brain, the techniques directly or indirectly invalidate the brain.
Now
if I’ve learned anything during my years of counseling is that we like to be
right—our brain likes to be right and if anyone tells us (even ourselves) that
we are wrong or ignores us, we simply get insulted, defensive, angry,
rebellious… Thus, no benefit.
I
looked at the model how as to how we relate with our friends. When I ask a
friend for advice and my friend takes his valuable time to consider my
predicament and offers me his/her advice. Even if I disagree, I never would call
him a “stupid idiot.” To do so would jeopardize the relationship. Yet, many
clients from time to time would share that some of their thinking was stupid.
They knew better so they must be stupid idiots for having thoughts or doing
something contrary to what they knew was healthy.
It
was easy to see that they were not their own best friend, but instead often
times their own worst enemy. Hence, I discovered a means by which my clients
could acknowledge their nonproductive self-limiting thinking in a respectful way
and then instead of letting that particular tape automatically play out, choose
to either:
1.
let it play out and be ok with the choice knowing that it’s only a matter of
time before they move beyond those limitations.
2.
choose an alternative behavior and move beyond their present self imposed
limitations.
With
specific cognitions (thinking techniques) “being your own best friend”
thinking was born and is an important ingredient in several cd programs I’ve
created over the years—Success, Handling the Effects of Anger, Over Come
Depression, Mastery of Public Speaking, Prosperity, Making Relationships Work,
Weight Management, and others at www.DStressDoc.com or www.PanicBusters.com.
8.
Pressure points to stimulate immune functioning. Forgive me; this is something
I’ve always taken for granted and never thought to pass it along. I first used
these pressure points to stimulate my immune functioning about 20 years
ago--about five years before I was exposed to parasites. I used the pressure
points to combat sore throats and colds back when I was quite succiptible to
them.
Here
is how you apply the pressure points. For immune functioning two points are simultaneously
applied. Place the forefinger of your right hand about and 1 or so above your
right breast. Apply pressure with your finger and move your finger about
until you locate a sensitive area—this sensitivity (sometimes painful)
indicates that the immune system is out of balance. Keeping your right
forefinger engaged, take the forefinger of your left hand and place it on top of
your shoulder about midway between your neck and the end of your shoulder. Again
search for a sensitive point. If you find that your arms are crossed over your
chest area, you’re doing it correctly.
Once
found, hold both points simultaneously for several minutes. Generally the
discomfort begins to subside and if you’re sensitive to pulses, the pulse in
your left and right forfingers will synchronize as balance occurs.
Next
do the same for the other side of your body.
The
next point that’s important is for your sinuses. Place your right forefinger
on the inside of your left knee near the bottom where you feel muscles and
ligaments. Again search for a sensitive area and hold the point until you feel
the discomfort subside. Then do the same with your right knee.
9.
Pancakes: An update wouldn’t be complete without a pancake discussion. I found
that adding extra rice bran oil in the frying pan make them crispy and tastier
and thus requiring little if any topping that could feed parasites. More in the
next update.
Hope
each of your are having an enjoyable, scrumptious Thanks Giving. God Bless.
Be
healthy and well,
Richard

1. In the news
The press release that went out over a month ago did make it into one publication that I know of. It made it into http://www.newstarget.com/020636.html
2. Faith healing anyone?
One subscriber to the report asked to be removed from receiving updates. I replied and asked if she found a cure and she reported that she no longer had any evidence of parasites and attributed it to her unwavering belief in the Lord.
Another reported to be free of parasites ten days after she had a faith healing. She writes,
“I'm pleased to inform you, that 3 weeks ago, I came across a healer, that heals over the phone. Since about 10 days I'm itch free, I'm also off the diet, the Epsom salt baths and the eco vie. I asked him, whether he would be able to help people with Morgellons disease. He said, that he does not know much about Morgellons disease, but he would be able to help. His name is Bill Stratton, phone #. 760-479-16 78.”
Three weeks later, she is still free of symptoms.
Now, I don’t poo poo either of these reports. In fact, I subscribe more to the Wayne Dyer approach to God as the source. Example, the ocean is God—all knowing and infinite wisdom. We each are a drop from that ocean born to this world. We each have the same capacity for connecting with source, but stuff (I mean STUFF like our silly learned beliefs about our limitations or lacking of deserving) corrodes our connection with source. Open up that connection and voila—you experience GOD as one with you—all knowing—all loving—prosperity. The infinite wisdom within you will rid self of parasites.
Of course taken to extreme, you’d ask if it would rid one of Ebola virus. At least that’s the question I’d ask. I’m not the expert so I don’t know the answer and besides the answer probably isn’t anything like we’d expect it to be anyway. But knowing that some have survived Ebola points a direction in itself. In fact the Daily Universal Science news reports that a serum from Ebola survivors “is effective in protecting mice from the disease, say researchers from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Emory University and the U.S. Army Research Institute for Infectious Diseases.” So, there you have it!
3. Why scratching lesions can cause problems
Did you consider that scratching at lesions creates a tear—like an incision? And what is used to create this incision-a sterile scalpel? No, usually it’s usually a finger nail laden with all kinds of bacteria. Does this make sense?
This means that if you’re tearing at lesions, you are working against yourself in that it creates trauma to the skin meaning your immune system has to fight off any bacteria introduced by the finger nails. And the more trauma created, the more your immune system has to be correcting your mistakes and is less available to contribute to the fight against the parasites. And remember, dead skin is the main food supply for collembola—spring tails.
4. Pancakes—one of my favorite subjects
Two improvements on pancakes:
1. Improve taste with gravy (made with rice bran, spelt, rye, or millet flour) is not as tasty as maple syrup but much better than just butter.
2. Use baking soda instead of baking powder—they are fluffier and tastier.
5. Cheese
I am off the fence with cheese as acceptable for Stage I of the diet. I’ve not recommended cheese because it can contribute to Candida Albicans and I’ve recently found that it also activates parasites when in the early stages of starting the diet. Seems that it’s easily tolerated in stage II, but can activate parasites in the first few days of Stage I.
6. Off the Diet
Must acknowledge, a month or so ago I had been experimenting with water melon and one thing lead to another and before I knew it had gotten carried away with pizza, plums, and chicken in wine sauce with a couple glasses of white wine. Before I knew it, I felt the crawling sensations. At first I suspected that it was something in the environment that was the cause and began the disinfection routine. But as I used my laptop, the crawling sensations were on my upper body and face. I quickly realized my diet was the culprit.
The only good news is that getting back to diet quiets the parasites.
7. Nicotine update
I must admit I didn’t get the results for which I was hoping. It’s obvious that the nicotine (I’ve moved to two patches per day—equivalent of 2 packs of cigarettes) is going to take a while to work and I’ve just been too eager for results. The biggest lesson for me was to stop picking at lesions and for now I’m taking a break from reporting on nicotine—not giving up—just taking a break. I think a better means of administering than with patches and a much higher level of nicotine is required.
8. Diet name change
I decided to change the name of the diet from the King diet to the Parasite DietSM. Seems that when I did a search for King diet, several other diets popped up and I don’t want a trade mark issue to show up later on and after all that’s what it is—a parasite diet---so why not call it so?
9. Baking soda
A fellow who read the press release emailed me to tell me that he had a rash about the size of a basketball that he ascribed to psoriasis and wasn’t able to find anything medically that helped—even a strict diet similar to Stage I of the parasite diet minus the meat protein did nothing. What turned his condition around was the regular use of baking soda. He took it orally as is suggested on the box for six months along with the diet and his rash is nearly completely gone.
I never thought of baking soda—it’s so obvious because the goal is to raise alkalinity in the body which this contributes to and very inexpensively. It’s something I started right away along with the Xooma that I use everyday in my drinking water.
10. Representative Wanted in Each State

11. CDC Morgellons Hot Line is 404-718-1199. Basically if you call the number, you’ll receive a message stating that the CDC is becoming actively involved in the Morgellons research. You can leave your name and number—some people get called back and some don’t.
12. AmLactin 12% Moisturizing Cream and 999 Itch Relief Ointment
a. AmLactin--another promising skin cream I’ve found effective with new lesions as well as helping with rashes is AmLactin. It contains alpha hydroxyl and is available without prescription for about $20 at any pharmacy. Of course you can simply purchase Eucerin alpha hydroxy cream for less as was suggested by a fellow subscriber months ago along with T Gel, and a loofah sponge for handling lesions. Seems that the alpha hydroxyl is the key.
b. 999 itch relief ointment—an even more effective and less expensive skin cream—works wonders for rashes and new papules. It’s available in oriental stores, comes in a red and white tube, and is only around $2.50.
13. Feedback Wanted
Over the last couple years several people have written me to tell me that they are making progress with one type of treatment or another. Knowing the complexity of these parasites, I try to avoid getting too excited about any one treatment until the individual reaches complete freedom. So if you’ve used any of the following approaches, I’d appreciate hearing from you. Let me know how you made out with it.
1. Phenolated Iodine
2. Rifing
3. Medications such as Thiabendazole, Ivermectin…
4. or any other successes.
14. Antioxidants
Great antioxidants compatible with the diet are cocoa and pomegranate from Puritan Company—remove the ingredients from the capsule before consuming.
15. Lyme Petition.
A subscriber emailed this to me today. Please read and take action.
”I ask that you please sign and ask all you know to sign onto our petition online. The Infectious Diseases Society of America has put all guidelines which are effectively going to stop ALL long term treatment for Lyme disease. Patients already are being affected and it has only been 2 weeks that they have been out.
My family and friends with Lyme will no longer be able to be treated nor will yours. All clinical discretion for doctors is prohibited. This means that doctors will no longer be able to diagnose Lyme disease using their judgment but will only be able to use a bullseye rash or positive bloodwork. Everyone knows you can test negative and still have Lyme disease and that bullyseyes only occur in less than 50% of patients but now docs will be afraid to diagnose that way because these guidelines effectively prevent it because the doctors will be brought before medical boards at a greater rate than is now happening.
Treatment options not to be used are spelled out, whole classes of drugs, alternative treatments even supplements are listed not to be used.
Everyone needs to sign to stop this travesty which will prevent hundreds of thousands of people nationwide from receiving appropriate diagnosis and treatment for Lyme disease.
The signing process is simple.
I thank you in advance for your help in this serious healthcare/human rights issue.

In this update are:
----------------------------------
A study done more than twenty years ago, found that immune functioning is
significantly suppressed with intake of as little as one teaspoon of sugar.
Over the last three months I’ve been on and off the nicotine patches several
times. My thinking was that I needed to reach a nicotine load of two packs per
day which was a difficult challenge as it meant two 21 mg patches of nicotine
every day. I found that starting and stopping nicotine patches is not a good
idea. Every time I started, I went through irritability, disorientation, and
fatigue. After the second day, all the discomfort disappeared. I thought I’d
experience those feelings after I stopped the nicotine, but to the contrary, I
felt no change—only felt them when starting after being off nicotine for more
than 36 hrs.
I now use one 21 mg patch per 24 to 30 hrs and have noticed that some lesions of
almost ten years have shrunken in size by about 50-70%. Up until two weeks ago,
I stuck very closely to Stage II of the diet—low sugar and zero refined
carbohydrate. My hypothesis is that one patch per day with a low sugar, zero
refined carbohydrate diet for at least four months will possibly lead to cure. I
also take Zyprexa which I know makes the diet more effective. Since I’ve done
the diet and Zyprexa several times before and never experienced a change in the
size of my old lesions, I know that reduction in the size is because of the
addition of nicotine. Now, I’m not recommending we all run out and buy
nicotine patches, I still might end up with egg on my face re this nicotine
thing and want to crawl into a hole and wish I never mentioned nicotine.
I began experimenting with a cake recipe. First I used sugar and found that it
caused no lesion activity. I then attempted to substitute honey in place of the
sugar and noticed that progress with the nicotine seemed to halt. I went back to
sugar in the cake (reduced amount) and found that the nicotine treatment is back
on track. So as much as I hate to admit it, diet from my experience and Candida
is important no matter what treatments we undertake.
I also experimented with eating water melon and am inconclusive about it at this
time. If you have any experience with water melon, please share. I would think
water melon being very low in starch would be OK in stage II. But then, that’s
only a speculation. I keep confirming that diet is important and so far no fruit
except for lemon is acceptable on stage II of the diet.
Please remember that a hypothesis is really nothing more than speculation. With
more information and feedback, a theory can be formulated to prove or disprove
the hypothesis.
Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking soda. Combine
beaten eggs with sour cream and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients along with the
walnuts as you mix. Beat for 3
minutes on medium speed. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9x13-inch baking
pan.
Bake the ingredients at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes (baking time for larger
pan is 25-30 minutes), or until a wooden pick or cake tester inserted in center
comes out clean.
The cake is great by itself; however, if you’re feeling adventurous, you
might like the following icing.

7. Candida albicans and the parasite check list. As some of
you may remember from the initial email you receive, I’m putting the report in
book form. I was busy editing the section on candida in the report and went to a
list of symptoms. Nearly 100% of the symptoms for candida are the same for these
skin parasites. Now this isn’t the first time this has been pointed out to me.
In fact a subscriber drew this to my attention earlier this year and I really
didn’t take a moment to connect with the implications. DIET
is important! Well I already knew diet is important in the fight
against parasites, but, what if the symptoms are really because of the Candida
and only the biting, itching, and lesions are caused by the parasites?
Fact—very few doctors even acknowledge the existence of
candida. Well, let me correct that, they acknowledge its existence but swear
that it can’t cause health related problems. And yes, if you find one who does
acknowledge its contribution to bad health, you’re blessed and he’ll
prescribe some meds to help matters, however, DIET
is important and Stage I is the best you can find as it also fights against the
parasites. There is an
amazing similarity between the candida diet and the KING DIETSM; the
main difference is that there are some foods like asparagus, soy… and
additives on the Candida diet that parasites enjoy.
8. Minerals anyone? Minerals help boost immunity and feed the skin--two of the
many reasons why I continue to use Xooma (ionic minerals). Note that these are
not used like the WaterOZ ionic minerals. Their minerals are literally used in
mega size portions and you only get one mineral per bottle. A packet of Xooma is
simply a normal day’s supply of over 70 minerals—not a mega dose that leads
to stomach cramps as I experienced with the WaterOZ dosages. You can get your
daily supply of minerals by going to www.xoomaworldwide.com/powerfulwater
Go to the “join Xooma” link at the bottom of the TV screen and select the
distributor option—just gets you the best pricing and you won’t be pressured
to represent or sell the product although it could be a great income producer
for you as well.
9. All those websites at the end of the email. There are
there not to entice you to visit them (as you may certainly have more pressing
matters at hand like getting a handle on these parasites), they are there
because it supposedly helps (perhaps only a little) for them to obtain better
ranking with search engines such as google.
10. Change of seasons increases risks recontamination.
It’s time to begin wearing warmer clothes for most of us and that means
getting clothing out of storage. It’s a good idea to take precautions against
recontamination. Laundering with ammonia or bleach before wearing, getting
clothes dry cleaned or using ammonia spray and or diatomaceous earth to
disinfect coats, blankets... Remember some of these parasites can stay alive
indefinitely.
11. Just released are the testing data of the ability of
the Eco Quest air filtration/RF (radio frequency) unit against the avian bird
flu. At this point, it is the only commercially available unit that kills the
avian flu virus—and quite effectively. If you’ve been considering an air
purification unit effective against molds, bacteria, and virus, this is the one;
and I’d suggest getting it now—don’t wait for the avian flu outbreak that
all health officials predict is coming. Once the flu is here, as always with
these things, the company may not be able to keep up with demand and prices
could soar through the roof. Contact me with return email with “air
purification request” in the subject line and I’ll get you the all the
testing data which shows 99.3% of the virus is killed after 2 hours and 100%
killed after ten hours exposure to the rf air purification unit along with
details for ordering a unit.

I then
discovered that the patches are now over the counter and in an attempt to gain
more experience I began experimenting with the nicotine patches. The survey
indicates that a nicotine level of up to 1 1/2 packs a day would be necessary. I
found the side-effects from the patches almost unbearable and soon discovered
that skipping lunch (which I’ve done for years) was a bad thing to do.
Nicotine makes me woosie, disoriented, and back in late May when I
began--depressed. I kept a diary with entries once or twice per week which
you’re welcome to request a copy of it. In summary, I still found the diet
important. Lesions that I’ve had for almost 15 years have diminished in size
(none completely after 2 ½ months). After three or four days of nicotine,
(about the time I’d become acclimated to the drug and be free of the side
effects), the benefits seemed to wear off and I’d stop. Within 24 hours of
stopping, I’d notice a decline in the size of the lesions and they’d be less
gelatinous—like they were ready to be removed as one would remove a scab.
I’d start the nicotine again with certainty I was on the right track.
However, going off the diet, brought new lesions even with the nicotine. I also
used eco vie and took zyprexa during this time so my research is not pure. Yet,
I’m 95% certain that my slow progress can’t be attributed to eco vie or
zyprexa. How long will it take? I don’t know, I only know that the Lyme
doctors had me on Bactrim and Zithromax for nearly a year so maybe it will take
a while.
Of course I was hoping to report that nicotine is the cure, but instead am only certain that it would be valuable to research it in more depth. There may be more effective means of administering it than through the patch. I certainly am not interested in picking up the smoking habit. Hopefully, the attached press release will grab attention from the right people to continue evaluating nicotine as a possible cure. In the meantime, I don’t suggest running out and buying patches—unless you want to stop smoking and are going to use them anyway.
What I preach in my stress management programs is to flow with life rather than try to control it. When you try to control something, you give power to it. So rather than try to control depression or those thoughts of doom I allowed them in my space. Sure it’s nice when you can blame someone else, but “an article of clothing.” It was easy for me to get upset and angry with myself for having missed disinfecting that article and I did so. Again, I allowed that anger into my space without resisting it remembering the example I use all the time—crying over spilt milk (no benefit). End result—what’s done is done and I can wallow in it or look for creative options—a great plug for my creativity program. I don’t mean this to sound like an ad for any of my cd’s, I only know that there’s no future in being pessimistic.
I always like to look for options (I said that before—can’t say it enough):
1. end my life
2. wallow in depression
3. discover more about the diet.
I choose the latter, took a hot shower, decontaminated everything with ammonia
spray, and made an appointment with my doctor for zyprexa.
So, don’t fight depression. Instead, flow with it and look for options. Aim
your brain for creative options to learn, benefit others, get beyond it and your
creative self will come through for you. It’s like trying to remember
someone’s name—the more you effort at it and fight not knowing, the more
elusive the person’s name is, shortly after you say, “heck with it,” the
name comes to you. When you experience the emotion—whatever it is, it
disappears—it’s history. Not that it might not return, in which case you go
through it and let it go again.
3. Possible documentary—Two subscribers wrote informing me they saw a preview of abc’s Prime Time Medical Mysteries in which Morgellons was mentioned to be aired tonight (Wed evening) at 10:00pm.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Not that I’d suggest using an entire
bottle in a tub of water or to use it straight without dilution as the company

please share it, I will keep you anonymous unless you request otherwise. Eco vie

which states that the CDC is planning a study regarding Morgellons in
3.
An oversight which is obvious. Last week I was working on converting my garage
to an office and after being on the floor (an old carpet) cutting some sheet
rock, I noticed biting and itching within an hour. OK, they’ve been there for
at least fifteen years and generally I walk through that area without
hesitation. Using eco vie, I stopped them dead on my skin, and sprayed my shoes
inside and out with ammonia spray. Also sprayed any chairs I had come in contact
with in that time period.
The next day, as I went up a carpeted stairs at the other end of the house, I
noticed them jumping onto my legs. At first I was really confused until I
realized, the only way they got there was from the souls of my shoes which I
never thought to spray—explains how they can get into the carpet in my car and
any other carpet on which I walk. They can even be carried outside or visa
versa. So if you still have contamination issues, add treating the souls of your
shoes on a regular basis to stop them from spreading. This makes a great
argument for using diatomaceous earth every where you step in your home, auto,
and office until your environment is under control.
Then when I discarded the rug, I noticed biting on my forearm (which I
expected). This time I tested the drug I’ve been working with and within ten
minutes all itching and biting stopped. Simply told me my research is on the
right track. See item #6.

Xooma—another product that I can give you a dozen reasons why it’s healthy
and beneficial. I’ll just mention one. Centuries ago,
When
you have the time, go to http://www.dstressdoc.com/Xooma.html
and read about its many benefits and if you’d like to take advantage of extra
earning potential, the product also affords a great opportunity. I changed the

The first url was simply the one the company assigned me when I joined and quite
frankly, my name doesn’t really contribute to product description.
6. I plan on releasing a press release within the next week regarding the
findings of the questionnaire that many of you completed. I will enclose it in

its potential in moving towards CURE!

Hopefully
we’ll be discovering means of independence from the parasites within over the
next several months.
In
this update are:
1.
Zyprexa update. Zyprexa and ORAP have been a part of my report since the mid
90’s. I more or less suggested starting the diet to get symptom relief until
an appointment could be made with a doctor for a script of zyprexa or ORAP. The
survey results indicated that very few have taken that route and those who did,
found relief for as long as they stayed on the meds. In fact Risperdol, Zoloft,
and Doxepin have been reported equally effective by subscribers and I’ve added
their suggested dosages in the medical section of the report.
Over
the last 12 years or so I’ve been reinfected three times and each time,
zyprexa has come through for me. However, the last time I was reinfected with
the parasites (Nov of 05) I stayed off zyprexa for months simply to test
the Stage I of the diet and learned quite a bit about it which I used to update
and improve the diet—found a way of satisfying the craving for carbs with
tasty pancakes.
My
experience is that Stage I of the diet alone is tedious—it works, but is
tedious. I added zyprexa to the diet (2.5mg before bedtime) about five months
ago. With the diet, zyprexa for me is like the magic bullet. I stayed on Stage I
of the diet for a couple weeks and then shifted to some of the foods on Stage II
(limited amounts of Chocolate chocolate chip Haagan Daz ice cream).
I
found that after 45 days of zyprexa, my diet became more lax and I could skip
zyprexa every other day or so without any new lesions forming.
Today,
I’m often simply forgetting to take zyprexa, but manage to take it about once
every two to three days and up until a week ago my diet was very Stage II with
pumpernickel bread, milk, honey, and ice cream. More about that later.
In
summary, I can only report my personal experience with zyprexa as being
tops—however, lately I’ve been doing additional research on other substances
which may be taking me to cure and making zyprexa history—more later.
2.
Eco vie update. Of all the ointments, creams, and topicals I’ve personally
used, eco vie is the one that I’d invest in again. I didn’t notice big
changes by bathing in it as my skin really has no new lesions. However, the lady
I live with in one bath, got rid of weals collecting under her skin that were
connected with me having infected her back in Nov of 05 when I became reinfected.
I do saturate a cotton wipe with a 50-50 mix of eco vie and water and simply
hold it against old lesions (all on my neck and scalp) while I watch the tube or
surf the net. All the old lesions are shrinking—ever so gradually, but none
the less shrinking. I can’t fully attribute this experience to eco vie as
I’ve also been deep into research explained in the next item.
3.
Research update. The survey that many of you took the time to complete pointed
me in a direction for further personal research which actually by itself or in
combination with diet and eco vie may be the CURE. I apologize for being
secretive about what it is as my experience with it is nothing to take likely. I
was hoping to be able by now to give a complete report on it and actually issue
a press release; however, a spider with a venomous bite complicated my personal
research.
A
month ago, I was bitten by a spider and about two and a half weeks ago, the
venom began attacking my nerves in my legs, and lower torso. The only way I
could obtain relief from the nerve and muscle was with Excedrin, but it was too
much to continue with both my research project and deal with the toxins. Two
weeks later, I realized that the venom most likely should have dissipated, but
the pain was as great and not getting better. Then I remembered that LYME is an
opportunistic organism and is probably taking advantage of the damage the venom
has started. I decided to see my doctor in hopes of a script for Bactrim (I was
on it for nearly a year for LYME). I also remembered my discussion with Dr.
Brainsfield in which we discussed how LYME hides out in fungi/yeast cells in the
body and possibly avoids the antibiotic so I immediately eliminated all the
sugar, honey, cream (stage II of the diet) and went strictly on
I
tested my theory 24 hrs later with ice cream and the nerve and muscle pain
returned within 30 minutes—proof positive for me. Can’t be 100% sure it is
or was the LYME, but certainly the sugar/milk had something to do with it.
Back
to the research, It’s possible I’m cured and simply don’t know it yet, but
before I publish my research of the drug and quantities I used, I’d like the
other 70 of you who haven’t sent in the survey to please do so. It will only
take a minute of your time. For me, this drug is nothing to be played with or
experimented with lightly and since my own personal research was interfered with
by a spider bite, I’d like to get more data that says I’m on the right
direction. So please complete the survey—it’s not to late. Your responses
are more important than ever. So here it is again. Just return this email
with your answers and erase everything else.

Cat’s claw. My mother’s doctor suggested cat’s claw and taurox as an
alternative to antibiotics for Lyme since she has trouble tolerating the
antibiotics. The irony is that the doctor made a mistake in the amount of
cat’s claw she was to take (20 drops morning and night) and she couldn’t
tolerate it any more so than the antibiotics. Well, he made a mistake—he’s
new at this and was going who knows what info. I asked him to research it and
after my third request spanning several months, he finally emailed me the
correct dosages.
Start with one drop Cat’s Claw
in 4 oz of pure
water and wait 1 min before drinking. Do this for five days (one drop a day).
Then,
each day add one drop until you reach five drops total with 4 oz pure water (I
use distilled water or distilled water infused with Xooma) once per day.
Then
add one drop at another time of day and build to 5 drops daily two time
per day as tolerated. Next is to start with one drop at another time of the day
and add one drop each day until you’re at five drops three times per day (I do
them morning, afternoon, and evening). As tolerated means as long as there are
no Hersheimer reactions (rashes or stomach unrest). If you notice a rash or
stomach unrest, back off a few drops for a few days until the rash dissipates or
your stomach is tolerating the dosage.
Taurox
sb7X is approximately $35/bottle and the Taurox sb 6X is about $80/bottle.
Cat’s claw can be with or without TOA and
is about $35/bottle. Most health food stores have the cat’s claw in liquid
form, Taurox isn’t so easy to find. You could try calling John at my
mother’s doctor at 732-671-1623

Xooma commercial. Ok, this is a commercial. For a dozen different reasons every
person in the country would be healthier if they used Xooma on a daily basis. At
least that’s my take on it as a user for over three years. But not everyone
who orders this product continues with it, so if anyone has had some kind of
strange reaction (I’ve never heard of one) I’d like to know. But here’s
the commercial. For years it was marketed by HTN as Sango Coral Calcium in a
multilevel marketing plan so if you built up a big down line, you just might
make a few dollars every month. The wizards at the company saw Sango Coral
Calcium as too limiting and want to tackle the Fruit 2O and the
Gatorade market and renamed the product Xooma. They now have flavors for Xooma
(grape and limonade) which makes it a far far superior drink for a zillion
reasons to Gatorade or any other electrolytic drink.
Now
the marketing geniuses went one more step. They set up a program whereby you can
receive $4,000+ per month by simply purchasing a $30 monthly supply for yourself
and having two customers who each purchase $30 per month of product.
Yes,
there’s a little more to it than this and if you’re interested in reading

Air purification anyone? Yes, I was going to wait until someone decided they
didn’t want to keep their air purifier after the two week free trial, But, of
the four who took it on trial, no one wanted to send it back so I bought one for
myself.
Ok,
it works like most high grade air purifiers AND it is miles ahead of all other
major brands with its “away” mode. When I leave my home, I set it on
“away” mode which turns on the RF (radio frequency) mode that destroys
bacteria, virus, mold, and mildew. Recent lab tests show that this model is far
superior to anything else in the market place in this regard.
However,
it’s not suggested that you keep pets in the area in which this mode is being
utilized. It’s a sanitization mode not recommended for habitation while it’s
activated. Email me if interested in getting a 14 day trial for use in your
home.

Hi
Everyone,
Apologize
for being so quite for the last month. Of a possible 115 surveys, 36 returned
them completed. Two of them had other family members who also completed the
survey. And then I and my friend completed the survey to make it a total of 40
surveys. Some are still trickling in so I’m only speaking in rough numbers and
if you haven’t completed it, please do so.
I’m
very busy moving from my office and printing shop in Red Bank, NJ which is under
contract for sale to my home a few miles away which along with remodeling,
leaves very little time as it has to be done by the end of July.
The
first questions regarded spring tails. No one has been diagnosed with spring
tails and roughly 70% of the respondents suspected that they have them.
Smoking:
the heart association gives 19% of smokers as women and 24% as men.
Roughly 18% of the women who responded are smokers and 33% of the men are
smokers (but only 12 men completed the survey) which may not be large enough of
a sampling.
I
was hoping that smoking would be the key to this thing and it isn’t.
Diet—those
who use it or a specific variation it for a significant length of time find
results and when they go off the diet, symptoms return within seven to ten days.
Meds
(zyprexa, orap, risperdol… Again, relief is evident (one person couldn’t
tolerate the side effects of ORAP) and when they stop the meds, symptoms return
within 7 to ten days.
Thumbs
up for the data still suggests a possible cure—just not cut and dry as I hoped
and have been playing lab rat during my office move for the last two weeks.
Every morning upon awakening, (it’s all subjective) I survey my old lesions
and find then somewhat diminished and am certain I’m onto a cure, by night
fall, my lesion survey is less encouraging, yet every day is more encouraging.
These critters are resistant and will not go without a fight. But I must say
that what I’m using (and I’m keeping that secret for now) contributes to me
feeling depressed, spacy, out of it, and I don’t want to get up in the
morning, (at times) which is why I’m not revealing the nature of it for in
another three weeks, at which time I hope to be able to either say,
I
have a lot more to share with you re air purification and ionic minerals,
however, am extremely short of time. Getting this out since many of you emailed
me to see if all is well. And I need to get another eco vie update from our
contributing subscriber. For now, thumbs up as eco vie has proven itself to
substantially stop the advance of the parasites in those who are newly infected
and I believe is part of the overall picture to a faster cure.

air purification
1A.
I began using eco vie about two weeks ago. I must admit I’ve been a bad
boy. May started with my birthday and I celebrated with eating half a cheese
cake over the course of three days. I also enjoyed about two pints of Haagen Daz
chocolate chocolate chip (must admit, I love ice cream with my walnuts) during
the same time with the intentions of getting back on the diet and then….
Then I was the videographer at an event where the desert bar was 40’ long and
I totally caved in and ate everything chocolate in sight.
All during seven days of gluttony, I continued with my zyprexa and eco vie, but
it didn’t stop new papules from forming—never any itching. I got back on
stage I of the diet on the eighth day and continued having new papules form for
another five days.
All
I can personally say is that for me, neither eco vie nor zyprexa will work
without the diet and of all the products I’ve used, eco vie is one that I’ll
continue to use as it appears that the old lesions are diminishing in size and
that’s the good news. That being written, our subscriber who
initially found eco vie and started using it writes, “As
far as the EcoVie goes...I LOVE IT!!! I am doing so well, I bathe my
children in it every other day or so. The older one does not itch at all
that I can tell.
For
me, my skin has not been this smooth or soft since I was a teenager. My
eyes feel wonderful. My children are not rubbing their eyes either.
My oldest girl (I have kept them somewhat in the dark about what we are dealing
with) said to me yesterday, "Mom, my eyes aren't itching anymore."
I have them open their eyes for just a second or two in their baths.
As
far as the itchy mosquito bite like lesions...at first after using EV, I would
get a few new each day as others were healing. This week, I only had two
little ones on my right fore arm about the size of a pin head. And they
started healing immediately.
I
still get a few fits of itching a week, where grains are coming up...but overall
very mild...and some movement in the skin, not really "crawling", but
just activity of some sort.
This
morning's bath had practically nil coming out of my skin. I was really
excited about this. And the pokes are down to nothing.
So,
overall, I am very happy about this. “
Many
thanks to our subscriber for the update.
1B Now with respect to my fiancée. We’ve been fighting a skin
reaction on her since late October of last year when I had become reinfected.
Most of the initial reactions had healed except for a few subcutaneous welts
that just wouldn’t go away. I added two tablespoons of eco vie to a full bath
tub of fairly warm water for her on two successive nights. There was no apparent
immediate change. However, three days later, when we again saw each other, all
the subcutaneous welts were gone. I must attribute this to the eco vie. FYI, eco
vie is at http://www.eco-vie.com/ecovie/success.html
2.
After being back on the diet for a week, someone pinch me to see if I’m real.
Why? Instead of being tempted to have Haagan Daz chocolate chocolate chip (my
favorite), I look forward to making pan cakes in the middle of the day with a
cup of healthy coffee with stevia spiked with a teaspoon of cocoa—great mocha.
The secret to the pancakes is the stevia.
I add about five or six of the little scoops of stevia and half teaspoon of
Rumford baking powder to an egg and a half cup of buttermilk. I mix it to
distribute the stevia through out the liquid. Then I add in a half cup of
walnuts and a teaspoon or more of cocoa and begin to stir in a cup of flour
using any combination of millet, rice bran and or spelt that I desire. I
add more buttermilk and or xtreme water with minerals (not important but since I
drink it regularly I also cook with it) to get the consistency I want for
pancakes.
I don’t like dry pancakes so I use a 15” pan with a lid so they stay moist.
I put rice bran oil in the pan and heat it while I make the mix. When finished I
eat some of them hot with melted butter and refrigerate the others. Later in the
day, with healthy coffee and coca, I’ll either reheat them or eat them cold.
The stevia really makes them taste like a desert as opposed to something that
has to be smothered in syrup to enjoy.
You
can order gourmet healthy coffee at http://www.dstressdoc.com/Gano%20Coffee.htm.
Gano classic is black coffee and for me totally compatible with the diet. If you
misplaced the url for the diet, email me and I’ll get it to you.
3. Are you taking multivitamins? This is where many people make a mistake on the
diet. They assume that because vitamins are healthy, that they should be ok with
the diet? To my knowledge, the only brand that’s compatible with the diet is
the Complete Nutritional System (that’s the name of it) by Rainbow Light
Company. It’s available at most health food stores and also on the
www.dstress.com website. Vitamin C is important for building immune
functioning. The only vitamin C’s compatible with the diet I’m aware of are
Solary in powder form or prod #695 thru Puritan Pride at www.puritan.com
in tablet form.
Minerals???
The complete nutritional system has minerals, however, for me, they are
inadequate which is why I add Xooma (ionic minerals) to my water. Totally
compatible with the diet you can order it at www.xoomaworldwide.com/richardkuhns
Just click on the join xooma link under the tv monitor and then select
“distributor” to save over $10 of retail price of the same product on my
website. It’s one of those multilevel things so if you find value in the
product as I do, you can get your friends excited about using it too.
Enzymes—taken
before meals helps get the most value from what you eat, taken between meals
dissolves plaque deposits in the arterial system. http://www.dstressdoc.com/assimilator.htm
is a product completely compatible with the diet if you remove the contents from
the capsules and sprinkle on your food—tastes fine.
4. A subscriber asked me to look into air purification machines. There are many
on the market and selecting the right one can be confusing. Problem is that most
are simply air ionization or air filtration machines. Because of our parasite
concerns most of us would like to have one effective against molds, mildew, and
bacteria. Eco Quest at www.ecoquest.com
is one of the leading researchers, developers, and manufactures of air
purification. If you go to the website, you’ll find that they have not only
air purification, but also water systems and many other health related products.
So many products that it becomes confusing. They produce four different
air purification products and the newest one utilizing radio frequency (rf)
technology is the Fresh Air machine. So look up the details and see for
yourself, it’s the one that fulfils our needs and is good for 3,000 square
feet.
Thru
one of my network organizations, I obtained a dealer number a year ago and just
got around to looking over the information. I can get 20% off of the retail of
that machine which normally sells for $747. And I can get you a two week trial
period where you get to try out the machine for two weeks and if for any reason
you feel it’s not right or if your finances fall through, just return it to me
in its new original condition and original packaging and owe nothing. No, I
haven’t bought one yet for myself. I just moved back into my house and will
need one for the end of the house where my club basement is. My thinking is that
someone will probably not keep it after the trial period and I’ll make that
one mine. In the meantime I’ll continue using an ionization machine I’ve had
for ten years that’s equivalent to one of their other models.
If
you want to try out the Fresh Air Machine, it’s $597 plus $14.50 shipping.
Return email me and I’ll get you the particulars on how I’ll get it to you.
Be
Healthy and well,
Richard

Hello
again
In
this update:
1. Strongyloides
stercoralis. From my email updates back in Oct-Nov, I reported that I found
the larvae in my stool with my microscope—it was at a time that I was
re-infected last October and had given it to my fiancée. I had my stool checked
by the local lab quest about two months ago and the results were negative. Two
weeks ago, when I ramped up my attack on the parasites and began zyprexa—more
later, I decided to get blood tests for Strongyloides
stercoralis and protozoan while at the doctor’s office. The results came
back mildly positive for Strongyloides
stercoralis—restores my faith in my microscopic skills--and I’m still
awaiting the results for the protozoan. My doctor was in disbelief. She called
an infectious disease specialist who thought I should be very ill. DIET, DIET,
DIET. I don’t know all the nuisances yet of the diet, but I know it or some
variation of it works for everyone. As I have more and more communication with
subscribers, it appears the diet may actually be transient (not sure if it’s
the right word—help me out someone), but 12 years ago, soy products were not a
problem for me. In fact I contained the symptoms only with garlic and no diet in
the beginning. One sufferer of 17 years reports that many foods that I can eat,
she can’t, but has successfully found the foods on the diet she can eat. And
even though she is far more limited than I am with stage I of the diet, she is
very grateful for her new found freedom from itching and biting. However, for
most, stage one of the diet is a pretty good place to start.

2.
Picking and scratching at old lesions. This is my biggest challenge—seems to
be how I vent my stress when under pressure. Whatever treatment you’re using
with old lesions, eco –vie, creams, oregano oil… it’s important to avoid
scratching or pulling the old lesions off. When they are ready, they simply fall
off much like a healed scab.

eco vie. Our subscriber after now about two weeks reports definite continued
improvement. The rash remains gone and hasn’t returned.
4.
Zyprexa. The downside is that it’s so easy to cheat on the diet. If it
weren’t for the old lesions (and there’s no itching or discomfort with them
in any way) I actually forget that I have a parasitic problem.

2. There may be some confusion as to whether or not you
have Spring Tails which may be holding up your response.
Since I haven't been diagnosed with them, I can only go by
my experience and what others tell me, but they are like this. Suppose you just
took a hot bath with Epson salts and wiped down with tea tree oil and are
symptom free--no crawling or biting. Then you sit on a chair in the
carpeted living room and within four or five minutes you begin to feel random
crawling or movement on your ankles or lower legs--you know nothing could have
crawled that far from the floor or your chair in that amount of
time—especially since you can’t see them. Whatever it is, it had to have
jumped there—you don’t actually feel them land, just notice their
presence!! That's spring tails as I know them.
Hope this helps with answering the first question.
Please complete it for yourself and anyone else in your household who may be
infected with the parasites whether you have or do not have spring tails.
3. Richard,
"I've had the parasites for over 17 years. They burrowed into the deep
layer of my skin and my body, especially my digestion system and rectal area.
I started King's Diet on February 9, 2006. It works very well. I felt the itchy
less and less, and then it all stopped. However, last week I cheated and ate
Chinese beef jerky which contained soy sauce. The itchy returned almost
immediately to the very deep layer of the scalp and the lower legs. I threw away
what was left of the beef jerky three days ago and it's getting better
now." E

Zyprexa update: For me zyprexa is as much a magic bullet as ORAP was nearly 10
years ago when a ten week treatment put me into remission for nearly a decade. I
can’t say enough about the dramatic results. Yes, stage one of the King DietSM
is required to get onto either ORAP or zyprexa (my only experiences) although
Doxepin and Zoloft are reported as being effective by others. After just three
days of Zyprexa and stage I of the diet I went to Stage II of the diet—yes, I
ate Haagen Daz and bananas (in moderation). I figure one week of Stage II to
psychologically treat myself for having been on Stage I since before Thanks
Giving and then back to stage I. Experimenting with drops of oregano, and other
remedies (ordered eco vie) to get rid of old lesions), before I stay on Stage
II.

Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to complete the survey. Again, please,
please, make me work hard to tabulate the results. I’m getting a lot of
questionnaires returned and I need many more. Putting together the information
is pointing towards an incredible finding which I’ll share when results are

right away. Remember, everything is confidential. Please return this email

2. Magic drugs. Since day of one my report, I highly suggested the diet abeit it
wasn’t named King DietSM at that time and have always mentioned
ORAP and zyprexa. In fact, I used to suggest getting on the diet to obtain
relief until you had gotten an appointment with your doctor which could take
days or weeks in some cases. Well, in the beginning of this year, I learned that
only a few subscribers had ever started the diet and from the questionnaire (so
far) only two had used either ORAP or zyprexa (both require a prescription from
a medical doctor) and no one in conjunction with the diet. I always
thought the diet was simply symptom relief until the magic bullet was
discovered. However, since the first of the year I’m realizing that diet is a
strong part of the cure and I’ve been shouting diet more loudly than before
and yes, many of you have gone the diet route and are experiencing significantly
reduced symptoms. In fact, unless someone is shy, no one has ever responded that
the diet doesn’t work). I must admit, lately I’ve spent a lot of time using
my body as a research test tube for testing the diet—baking cookies and so
on—and haven’t been emphasizing zyprexa for quite some time although in my
communications I’ve been suggesting if I had to do it over, I’d stay on
zyprexa for the six months as was prescribed instead of the 6 weeks I took it.
And then again, there’s all this media about zyprexa causing hypoglycemia and
diabetes.
In
my last update I mentioned that I started zyprexa again and the results are
amazing. I forgot really how effective that one little tablet is. Three nights
with one tablet each night along with rigorous environmental protocols and I ate
normally for Easter--free of any reactions. Now I went back on Zyprexa because
about a week ago, I tried the pau de arco extract and instead of what I had
hoped, it provided me with a big backslide and full blown symptoms. I know the
difference between the parasites being purged and dying as opposed to
reactivated. Things got complicated because it involved my significant other as
well and I chucked the diet research, got a script for zyprexa and while I was
at my doctor’s too an opportunity to get blood samples off to the lab for
nematode analysis and protozoan as well.
Just
a note of caution. We all have similar symptoms—itching and biting-and
apparently from what I see, the same symptoms are caused by more than one type
of parasite as is reported in the medical approaches section of my web report.
So, what may work well for one person may not work so well for another. My
experience leans more so toward spring tails and away from fungal infection so
perhaps the pau de arco is a miracle for fungal (for the lack of
diagnosis—just a guess) and not so good for spring tails. Get my drift?
Likewise the zyprexa and Orap may me miraculous for spring tails and yield no
result for fungal infection. Then Doxepin and Zoloft may be miraculous for
fungal and not so good for spring tails. Get my drift?
But
what I do believe is that if indeed I have spring tails as I suspect, I believe
that zyprexa or ORAP is at least 1/3 of the CURE. The KING DIETSM (which is
perhaps more stringent than what is required for fungal infection) is 1/3 of the
CURE and some topical yet to be nailed down, but we have several in our sites is
the last third of the CURE.
Well,
I’m not going to tell you to run out and get a script for zyprexa, ORAP,
Doxepin, or Zoloft, but… all evidence points to these drugs being of
tremendous benefit and I’m not going to say, stop taking your B vitamins,
cat’s claw, and your multi vitamins as you immune system can never be too
strong. And the zyprexa diabetes thing? Your doctor will have you take
blood tests every several months to monitor your lipids to make sure—remember
people generally on these drugs are on them of life for psychiatric reasons and
isn’t that a hell of an irony.
3. Our contributing subscriber writes, “The EcoVie does seem to
be helping, but at this point I wouldn't tout cure. These are my results after 7
days bathing, spritzing and taking 1/4 tspn. 3X daily:
1.
Rash on chest that was cultured as Staph Aureus...gone
2.
Eyes, no longer rubbing them all day and getting sleep like material. Eyes
feel refreshed.
3.
Even though I had few lesions and didn't itch per se, my skin often felt
slightly irritated in certain places: chest, wrists, upper arms, chin and
jaw line. If I rubbed these areas, I would get grains from them.
1. Chin area-gone
2.
Upper jaw area-reduced
3. Upper arm, wrist and chest areas-greatly reduced
4.
I had increasing joint pain, muscle fatigue and fatigue in general-virtually all
gone! I feel great!!!
5.
I do get tiny black specks and sediment at the base of the tub when I have
finished my baths, but seems less than first day.
6.
I had intermittent crawling...and still have this. This may be due to
taking it internally--which is what I want to warn you about. One other
woman noticed she had no crawling with the bathing only.
7.
I had noticed an increase in the poke/stings right before using this product.
Only 3 or 4 pokes all week. These happened after I spoke to you.
8.
The places where I would get 3 to 4 lesions per month, that always healed in a
few days, got about 6 lesions after using the EcoVie. The ones on my right
forearm are now gone and it appears no new are coming. Some new ones
raised up on my neck-now gone; and at my upper jaw line next to ear--now
healing.
The
quality of my skin overall is much smoother and softer.
Even though the results are amazing at this point, I generally find it’s wise
to wait until more is known rather than rushing to place an order.
Again
FYI the site is http://www.eco-vie.com/ecovie/success.html
5.
One subscriber noted that symptoms increased after eating lots and lots of
cherry tomatoes. I’ve notice this with rye crackers, and maybe spelt flour and
maybe some other foods that if I eat a lot—like binge on rye crackers,
symptoms do return so maybe it’s best to avoid eating too much of any one food
at a time but rather some of everything.

In this update:
The results of the study at http://www.headlice.org/report/research/jnyes.pdf
are amazing and keep rolling over in my mind. Basically, it says that 90% of us
have spring tails—a species of insect residing in those nonhealing lesions.
There are over 6,000 varieties worldwide and one of them loves to eat dead human
skin. No information was available as to how to treat it or get rid of them. In
fact, they are so hard to find that it took a team of experienced microscopy researchers
six months to identify them which means we’re not going to run out to some lab
with a sample of our skin (and many of us have done this including moi), and get
the insect easily identified.
And then, how to
treat it from what I’ve seen is also a mystery.
Over the years
I’ve experimented with various lotions to treat the old lesions and all seem
to work for a week to ten days and then it’s a stale mate. One subscriber who
is on the diet, has found that a mix of one portion Eeucerin Alpha Hydroxy skin lotion
with one part (extra strenth) Neutrogena T/Gel shampoo is helpful. Recently
I’ve been using oil of oregano (one drop) on the lesion a few times per day is
helpful. Perhaps adding the oil to the mix would be helpful.
How do you suspect spring tails? Generally those who suffer from them report
that they often feel something jumping onto their feet or ankle area (even up to
the calves) when they are in the vicinity of an infested rug or chair that has
been infested; and within a short period of time there may be a crawling or
biting sensation.
2.
Cookies. After a month of testing, my cookie monster is disappointed. I’m 95%
certain that the oven is the problem—all ingredients are OK, baking does
something to them that feeds the parasites. The only good news from my research
is that pancakes can be tastier.
Right
now, the only ingredients I’ll use in pancakes are:
1.
cup of rice bran flour
2. ½ teaspoon of Rumford baking powder
3. 1 egg
4. as many walnuts as I want.
5. four or five small scoops of stevia sweetener
6. ½ cup or more buttermilk for whatever consistency I want.
As
I eat them, I add a pad of butter and break off small chunks whenever I want to
add a buttery taste to a bite of food.
And
of course, I love to enjoy a cup of healthy coffee. www.dstressdoc.com
(link down the left navigation bar). If you have trouble, email me for a long
direct link.
If I look at other diets and were to use any other diet I’ve found on the
internet, I’d totally fail. Even if I deviate from the King dietSM,
I fail miserably. Why? Is it that other diets don’t work?
I
believe that they work for the person who developed it and for anyone who has
either:
a.
the same parasites
b.
the same parasites at the same stage of development.
From
surfing the net, I find several suspecting organisms—mites, nematodes (worms),
fungi, spring tails…
And
from my own experience, for the first year or so I completely controlled all
symptoms with garlic alone—not diet whatsoever. That leads me to believe
there’s a progression going on with the parasites during which they either
adapt to the garlic or…
Having
looked at the other diets, I find many ingredients that would send me up the
“itchy wall” within 24 hrs. In fact, some suggestions of herbal ingredients
that I’ve tried which worked for others sent me up the itchy wall too.
So,
whenever you read anyone’s suggestions (mine included) be aware that your
particular parasites may enjoy the remedy rather than be killed.
But
what I have come to realize is that when the cheese is removed from stage one of
the diet (only for Lyme disease possibilities) the King diet is the most
stringent diet so it’s highly unlikely you will react to something on the
diet. I say highly unlikely because one subscriber did report that decaf black
coffee is a problem for him.
So
what does this all mean? Any diet is a commitment of time and energy. If you
start the wrong diet for you, it only adds weeks and much frustration to your
life. I suggest starting with the diet that’s most likely to work for you, get
symptom free and then if you want to add some ingredients like soy, go ahead and
test it—your parasitic tenants will soon let you know if they enjoy your
choice. But at least you won’t have the confusion of diet or not to
diet.
This is true of any product someone suggests you add. For instance, if someone
told me I should try Noni as it will build my immune and perhaps has improved
that person’s condition with respect to parasites, I’d want to make sure I
had my diet in control and was free of any symptoms and then only add the Noni
and see what results. If the product you add works, you may notice an exodus of
parasites from your body, but they won’t be multiplying and driving you
nuts—they will crawl around and die (except for an occasional bite) and you
won’t pick up any new lesions. If you develop new lesions or find the biting
and crawling persistent, you’ve just fed them desert.

update of medical portion.
I must admit, I never got into this for finding a cure. I created the report
only to share the diet which for me has made life bearable. So when I read and
heard of strongloides being the causative parasite, I really got excited and
prematurely jumped onto that band wagon. I even revised the report and added the
medical report which strongly suggested that strongloides was the primary
culprit.
So
maybe strongyloides is a big part of the equation, maybe not. I finally got
around to getting a blood sample off to the lab in Tucker GA on Tuesday for
testing and will soon know.
Regardless
of the test results, I’m certain there are several as opposed to one parasite
that each of us have—especially the spring tails. With this in mind, I
completely revised the medical section of the report (about 95% complete). Check
it out at http://www.dstressdoc.com/Morgellons/medical_approaches.htm
I feel it’s far more comprehensive than before and perhaps has more
information than any other single resource.
5. Enzymes: Never thought to share this, but if you value the importance of
enzymes and are looking for an excellent enzyme that is compatible with the
diet, then I know of the right product for you. All enzymes are not the same as
their ingredients are different and so are the binding agents. In fact, after
nearly 10 years of relative freedom, I experimented with Vitazyme product to see
if it would get rid of the last of my lesions. Vitazyme is probably the best
enzyme in the market place for most people, however, with these parasites, it
somehow contributed to reactivating them back to a previous level of activity
that hadn’t been there for nearly ten years and brought me back to square one
and a thirst for learning more about the parasites themselves.
6.
Also, I won’t get upset if you order coffee or Xtreme H2O (Xooma). Both
products are very healthy for you. Gano classic café is the gormet black coffee
and is compatible with the diet. Just go to www.dstressdoc.com
and down the left navigation bar (to the left of Activate Self Motivation) is
the link to the store. Xtreme water (Xooma) is also valuable in helping raise ph
of your body. Even though the King DietSM is high in alkaline
producing vegetables, it also is high in protein which reduces alkalinity which
makes it a catch 22 thing. Among the many benefits of Xtreme Xooma water, it
also helps offset the acidic producing protein by raising alkalinity. Again call
(620) 294-1532 and
select option #2 to hear a recorded conversation re the product or go to www.Xoomaworldwide.com/richardkuhns
and click on “join xooma” link just under the graphic of the blank TV
monitor to order.
7. Watch for the next update, thanks to contributions by subscribers, it will
have a treat for the sweet tooth and most importantly, instant medical relief
that you can add to the diet (that I’ve known about for ten years, have had it
on the report, but just haven’t really shouted it loudly enough), for
literally overnight results—subscribers only. To subscribe, go to

I’ve
been very busy with some remodeling projects and creating promotional program
for overcoming life crisis. Had a few of them myself over the years and have
figured out an effective approach to dealing with them. Just a couple things for
updating:
1.
TV
program airing post-phoned once again. Apparently they’re going back to the
drawing board and expanding the piece from 15 to 30 minutes—a major change.
2.
Cookie
confusion. Must admit, this cookie thing is getting the best of me in terms of
tons of confusion. Basically, all the ingredients to my knowledge are OK,
however, I keep having reactions to the cookies. So, I’m going back to the
drawing board as every ingredient, except for the vanilla extract (and I left
out the vanilla and still had a problem), has been used in pancakes for months
without any problem. It’s possible, although I don’t understand it, that the
oven is the problem. I wonder if when the ingredients are baked if the change in
composition from baking is the problem. I encountered this with stage II of the
diet years ago when I attempted to make rice pudding. All the ingredients
whether raw or cooked were ok, however, when I put the ingredients together to
make rice pudding and baked it in the oven, the result was reactions to the
finished rice pudding. To resolve this, I’m testing various combinations of
ingredients in the form of pancakes for breakfast. Actually, I was motivated to
create a cookie as the pancakes are generally very tasteless without pancake
syrup, honey, or some sweetener on top. What I did discover though makes
them far tastier is in the next item.
3.
Tasty
pancakes. I found that by adding Stevia and walnuts to the mix, the pancakes are
far tastier than before. So my pancake mix is ¾ cup of rice bran flour, one
egg, ½ teaspoon of Rumford baking powder, 4 small scoops of Stevia (the scoop
that supplied with the product), a quarter cup of walnuts, and enough buttermilk
to make them liquidly. They are far tastier with the Stevia added into the mix
and add to that healthy coffee and I almost feel normal again.
I’ll be testing all the ingredients—chocolate, vanilla extract, rye flour…
adding them one by one until I either find the offending ingredient or verify
that the process of baking is the problem.
4.
FYI--Had
another subscriber drop from our update list. She found her problem was from
bedbugs that were ultimately found to be residing in the head board of her bed.
She got them effectively exterminated and her itching symptoms disappeared.
5.
Garlic
always a great idea. Not only does it help keep the parasites at bay, it also
helps detoxify your body of heavy metals. Three cloves per day are recommended.
Make sure you don’t overcook them. I like to add chopped garlic to chicken,
fish… and add it in about two minutes before it’s ready to serve.
6.
Losing
weight on this diet can be a problem—that’s why I’m investing a lot of
time developing the pancakes and cookies. I also notice that I often crave carbs
which the pancakes and cookies go a long way to satisfying the craving—of
course it helps if they are a bit tasty too. I know it’s a psychological
thing, and that why I really enjoy a cup of the healthy coffee with breakfast,
my cookies (pancakes for now), and even by itself in the evening. I’ve become
accustomed to the taste of Stevia and actually now prefer it to sugar. Plus the
healthy coffee has minimal caffeine and is good for my skin so I no longer feel
guilty about coffee. If you want to try it, go to my website, www.Stressdoc.com
and click on the healthy coffee link down the left side of the navigation bar.
Be
healthy, well, keep lots of love in your life, and the King DietSM
sacred.

This
update is loaded, but first I must confess, this diet thing can be quite
confusing at times. I’ve been attempting to improve the diet—make a desert.
As you may be well aware, it can be a high fat, low fiber diet—particularly if
you love bacon the way I do. Of course the salad improves roughage considerably.
If you’ve forgotten, there’s a link in the diet page of the report to
recipes and all the ingredients for making the best tasting salads. Of course if
you’re fighting Lyme and most likely you are, leave out the cheese.
The
diet allows several flours; the challenge is to make them tasty. You will also
find a recipe for cookies. But, if you’ve ever made them, you’ve probably
gotten the same comments from others as I have, “saw dust cookies.” My lady
friend calls them “doggie poopie cookies,” and the taste is horrific. Yet,
with this diet, I get cravings for carbs and the challenge is to make them
tasty. Selected whole grain flours are great for fiber so fewer of us will drop
dead from heart attacks because we gravitated to the high fat aspects of the
diet. Now it can be known as a high fat, high fiber King diet.
Within
the last two months I’ve been experimenting with improving the only
desert—using a certain nut, a certain chocolate, buttermilk, selected flours,
and some other ingredients. Then I noticed skin reactions returning where there
were none and have been going nuts trying to figure out the source of the
reactions. Is it the nuts, one of the flours, or something else?
For
over a week, I adjusted the mix—even experimented with coffee and even began
questioning foods that I had been eating for years.
Then
I checked my log and found that I added a B1 vitamin about a month ago and a
B(100) about two weeks ago. I double checked the ingredients to find Aloe Vera
gel 200X in the B (1) which I’ve never tested. Voila!! Got rid of the one B(1)
(even removed the contents from the capsule—terrible tasting stuff) and all
reactions went away overnight. So now we have a high roughage diet with salad
and fairly good tasting cookies for desert.

The The
PrimeTime Live airing
that was supposed to take place on March 23 and if you were looking for it and
wondered what happened, it’s been postponed to “April
6th. The producer has over 30 hours of video to be compiled
into a nice short piece. In addition, this producer has more than one
segment she is working on at the same time. There are no problems, nor is
there any lack of enthusiasm on the part of the producer. Just a bit of
reality to deal with.,” wrote a subscriber who informed me of the airing.
2.
Buttermilk has been added to the diet. Great for making chocolate pancakes or
cookies (see # 14 below) with selected bran flours. The challenge is to make
them tasty and the best I’ve come up with is to make gravies from the chicken,
beef… that you have for dinner or what I’ve found tasty is instead of
melting three or four pads of butter on the pancake, put the pads of butter on
the pancake as you eat them. Use one small portion of the pad of butter with
each bite of pancake. It’s nothing like honey, but is definitely better than
anything else.
3.
Everyone agrees that more vitamin B is a good thing. I found a B100 complex by
NOW of www.nowfoods.com
has a capsule with no offending ingredients except for the capsule. I hate it,
but the only way is to remove the ingredients from the capsule—make sure
you’re not taking a breadth as you place the powder in your mouth as it can
easily be drawn in the wrong pipe and make you cough for a long time—or mix it
in warm water and drink it quickly.
4.
Yeast test symptoms. Go to www.WholeApproach.com
and take the candida assessment questionnaire. Then go to http://www.dstressdoc.com/Morgellons/Dr.%20Bransfield%20Interview.htm
and answer those questions and you’ll see most of the yeast question on the
Lyme questionnaire. There can’t be any doubt that yeast and fungi go hand in
hand with Lyme such that the Lyme uses the yeast and fungi to avoid eradication
by antibiotics. Another reason to start the diet—the King diet of course.
From the report, “Pollen, conidia or spores, hyphae, mycelium or fibers, or
what appeared to be clumped skin or cellular debris were identified during the
first six months of image analysis. One or two-cell algae, nematodes, or what
appeared to be insect eggs, larvae, or embryos were also identified. Although
everyone in the group had at least one of the above findings, none of the
findings were a common factor in every subject, making it necessary to continue
looking for a common denominator.” They eventually identified collembola as
the common factor in 18 of the 20 participants. This was conducted by skilled
technicians and it took them over six months of studying the microscopy to
identify the parasites. The eggs that were found were 20 to 100 microns in size
and the organisms were from 50 to 300 microns in length. A micron is one
millionth of an inch.
What’s
unknown is whether collembola is simply an opportunistic parasites that enters a
lesion caused by something else or whether collembola are the cause of
Morgellons—more research is needed. It appears that they generally are a
common factor with which we must deal. The noted presence of nematodes in some
of the samples leads us to the Strongyloides stercoralis which is discussed in
the next section.
Microscopic images from skin scrapings at 100 power are available at the above
site for researchers. I was able to obtain them and would gladly include them in
this report except for the fact that they are copyrighted. The organism is
definitely difficult to discern and only with careful scrutiny was I able to see
the indicated parts of the organism from the photo of the slide.
Only
from contrasting the image does the organism show up and I would describe it as
appearing to have a lobster-like body with shrimp-like legs and a rodent-like.
I
eradicated them by diet and disinfection using diatomaceous earth and dilute
ammonia spray. That’s an assumption that they are eliminated—the ones in my
surroundings were killed, but the one’s residing internally may have simply
been put in remission initially with ORAP and the diet. Subsequently I’ve used
zyprexa with the diet and also have found the diet alone can put this parasite
in remission. Using ORAP and or zyprexa along with the diet may make it speedier
and more effective than with the diet alone, but neither work without the diet.
I went to the cdc site for recommended treatment and there was no mention of the
existence of the parasite.
In
summary, it’s highly likely that each of us have not one but a whole slew of
opportunistic parasites with which to deal meaning a multi-pronged approach is
required.
6.
Coffee. Several have emailed me asking what’s up with coffee, is it or isn’t
it on the diet? Although one subscriber reports that black coffee with or
without caffeine contributes to activating the parasites, I’ve never had any
problems with it as long as it’s black with or without caffeine. We have a lot
to learn about the diet and more about the different types of parasites. My diet
is the most restrictive of all diets I’ve seen which means my particular group
of parasites like lots of different foods whereas Paul’s diet (of www.be-healthy-forever.com)
is a lot more flexible in that soy, lemon and many other foods are allowed. I
believe that all this means is that the parasites he’s suffered with—mainly
the Strongyloides doesn’t have as a varied diet as the one’s I have. And
after reading item number 7 above, how do we know what parasites we have
anyway—could be a whole bunch of opportunistic bastards.
Anyway,
coffee has always been ok for me and much to my surprise; the healthy gormet
coffee infused with ganoderma lucidum—a blend of powerful mushrooms known as
the “King of Herbs”—more powerful than Gingsing is OK. Ganoderma
lucidum is known for its organ regenerative properties—eyes, lungs, liver,
kidneys, pancreas, stomach, intestines…and especially the skin. The result is
that instead of a ph of 4.0 (acidic regular coffee), healthy coffee products
have a ph of between 6.3 and 7.0 (neutral) and with natural caffeine reduction,
it’s at about 9 mg instead of 100 to 150 mg at Starbucks. The mushroom
extract is works with the diet. It’s naturally decaffeinated and the luciderma
extract is known for its organ regenerative properties—especially the skin and
I figure my skin can use all the help it can get. I’ve been drinking it for
approximately 9 months and sweeten it with stevia. So if you’re looking for a
robust healthy decaffeinated gormet coffee, go to www.DStressdoc.com
(a plug for my main website) and click on “healthy coffee” midway down the
left navigation bar or you might try clicking here and if it doesn’t work, go
to the website. The black coffee is called ganocafe classic.
7.
Water. What are you drinking? I’ve come across two sites recently that suggest
some bottled waters—particularly the French waters have nematode or protozoan
contamination—something we don’t need to add to our bodies.
Never
thought to speak of my water supply as I guess I’ve been taking it for
granted. I only drink distilled water and add Sango Coral Calcium with silver to
it for a dozen different reasons. Since I’m using distilled water, the ionic
silver isn’t that important because its purpose is to kill any bacteria that
may be in the water, but it is important for those who use other sources of
bottled water. Go to http://www.dstressdoc.com/alkaline-coral-calcium.htm
to learn about it. This same Sango Coral Calcium is now popularly distributed by
HTN (the same company) as Xooma. Focusing on the value of hydration as opposed
to a calcium supplement which it still is. It’s the same product with a snazzy
logo and a lower price tag. So, if you’ve been missing your calcium (along
with all the other minerals) go to www.xoomaworldwide.com/richardkuhns
and click on the “Join xooma now” link which will take you to a page
where you can order as a preferred customer or a distributor, click on p!
referred customer and it’ll take you to an order page. Just complete it and if you select ‘auto ship” the shipping is free and you’ll get the real Sango coral calcium once each month delivered to your door at a new low price.
8. A subscriber reports that Doxepin (10 mg/day) provides instant relief from
itching and biting. Although I haven’t experienced it, it might have the same
benefits as ORAP and zyprexa, AND, may be a better option as there may be fewer
side effects than with ORAP or zyprexa that has been linked to diabetes. But
avoid thinking that the meds will replace the diet. The only problem is that
they make the diet more flexible which may not be to your advantage ultimately
in that you could advance to stage II of the diet without any reactions. But
until all lesions are gone, I wouldn’t advise moving beyond stage I of the
diet. If you can get a script for any of these meds, they may make the diet more
effective.
And
now Joanne tells me that 25 mg of zolof per day had the same effect for her. I
suspect these meds somehow interfere with the parasites ability to
reproduce—the meds may not kill them, but puts them in a stasis of some sort
(only a speculation)—more of this theory in future updates.
9.
Getting better!! Do you know what happens to people who control their
surroundings and stay on the diet? Symptoms disappear and they begin to think
they are cured or whatever treatment they are undergoing has cured them.
That’s what happens. But!!!! And I hate to say this, but because I’ve been
down this road myself so many many times, they begin declaring that they are on
the way to cure expecting that it’s all going to be over with in a few weeks
and the whole episode was a ‘Bad dream’.
Then
what happens? They do what I’ve done many times, they go off the diet to
verify success and guess what? They eat normally for two to seven days and then
all hell breaks loose again—that’s the nature of the beast, I mean
parasites.
But,
I’m always hoping someone will email me and say, I’ve done this and that,
gotten rid of all the old lesions (I must have done a dozen things where I
thought great progress was made only to fold later on and accept that it’s not
going to be fast) and been off the diet for a year and the parasites are
history.” Well, I’ll be happy to hear someone else make it six for 6 months.
10.
Standing water. Never thought to list standing water as something to get rid of
in and around your home—some of these critters are like mosquitoes in the way
that they breed in standing water.
11.
I can’t tell you how many times over the last 14 years I’ve felt that I had
this parasite thing beaten—the lesions seemed to be drying up and disappearing
and my hopes of writing an update “parasites beaten” were so tempting. But
they seem to have an intelligence and adapt to everything I’ve thrown at them
which is what makes me believe that Dr. Klinghardt with his multi-prong approach
to fight Lyme is the right way to go and when I read of John Blue Skies report
of how he and his wife beat it, I’m excited. He and his wife used a
nutritional and herb multifaceted approach and have lab results that
demonstrated that Lyme and protozoan infections are also gone. Will his approach
work for each and every one of us if we follow it to a “T”? Maybe. What’s
important is to learn as much from him as we can and any one else close to
freedom and indeed throw everything at it we can. As I believe there are more
than one way to “skin a cat.” And yes, if you can get your doctor to
prescribe the antibiotic to get off to a start against it and then follow it to
a T, go ahead—do it. Some of you may not be on Joanne’s email list so I will
be getting more info on the details to you.
12.
Overwhelming evidence suggests that mercury in your body contributes to an
environment conducive to parasites. This has come to my attention in just the
last two months. First one lady asked to be removed from the update list and
reported that she didn’t have a parasite problem, but instead an amalgam
problem and all her itching went away when her filings were replaced. I didn’t
make the connection at that point, and then just a few weeks later, another
sufferer reported that her parastiologist recommended amalgam replacement. So I
looked into this mercury toxicity and yes, it is an issue brought up by most of
the up-to date experts. One way to detox is to remove the source of the mercury
which is usually from amalgam filings in your teeth. However, if you aren’t
quite ready to get drastic (I’m not) in researching the net I found that there
are several nutritional things to do. One, I found that I’ve already been
doing in part and that is to use a chelating agent. I’ve been using one bag of
Sango Coral Calcium for a few years for a variety of reasons (one mentioned in #
7 above). I immediately increased my intake to 2 tea bags per day and may go up
from that, as one of its benefits it that it serves to chelate heavy metals from
the body. See #7 above for how to obtain this product. I could send you a
cd or cassette tape describing this product, but that requires a response from
you and all takes time. So instead if you want to learn more, pick up your
phone and call 620- 294-1532 and select option #2 for a very informative
recorded interview re Sango Coral (Xooma) that you can listen to as long as you
desire without obligation of any sort. It’s ironic that the first subject of
discussion is using the product to purify water.
For
an in-depth approach to mercury detox go to http://www.mercola.com/article/mercury/detox_protocol.htm.
Notice the importance of diet (the King diet fits it to a T) and the importance
of minerals (Sango Coral is the best mineral supplement available.)
13.
Oil of oregano. Believe I saw it in one of Joanne’s emails. I picked up a
bottle -- $30 for a tiny bottle. Two drops under the tongue daily and let it be
there for a 30 seconds or so before swallowing—definitely a pungent taste as
it seems to break apart in my mouth. Then I applied a drop to the old lesions.
The little critters inside definitely don’t seem to like it. I’d write,
“on my way to cure,” but I’ve been down this road before so I’ll temper
my enthusiasm, but I definitely would suggest adding it to your arsenal of
treatments. It may well be the ideal cure for someone newly infected with bites
from the parasites as they attempt to build their little nest in the epidermal
layer of skin.
14.
How about cookies? To my knowledge, there are none commercially available--Every
thing has SOY or some other no no. But you can make your own. Come on, if I can
do it, you can too. Hey, I’m not interested in being a baker, so get out
your apron. While your oven is heating to 350 degrees, melt four tablespoons of
butter and mix the following ingredients in two bowls.
2
cups total of flour (mix as you like rice bran, rye, and spelt flour for a total
of two cups)
1-11/2
tablespoons of baking chocolate (alkali base)
1
teaspoon of Rumford baking powder
½
- 1 cup of dry crushed walnuts
8
or 9 tiny spoons of stevia (the tiny spoon that comes in the jar) mix all the
ingredients together
2
jumbo eggs or 3 large eggs
2
tablespoons of real vanilla extract
1
teaspoon of sea salt
¼
- 1/3 cup of buttermilk
mix
the wet ingredients together and then add in the dry ingredients as you mix them
together. Grease the bottom of a cookie sheet with butter and place a tablespoon
of the mix onto the cookie sheet and flatten with the bottom of the spoon.
Option:
you can add the tablespoons of melted butter to the wet ingredients before
mixing them or if you forget like I did once, after you form the cookies on the
cookie sheet, make one or two indents in each cookie and (using an eye dropper)
add the melted butter to the indentations in each cookie.
Bake
at 350 degrees F for approximately 15 minutes, remove from the oven, let cool
for a few moments and enjoy with a cup of healthy black coffee with stevia as a
sweetener.
Many of you have subscribed to my diet which I originally called the “Ice
Cream Diet” as far back as the late 90’s. And yes, for years I ate selected
flavors of
Now I’m at loss at to how I could have taken this man’s diet as is claimed
since he hadn’t even experienced symptoms until around 2004 (according to his
accounting of time). But here’s the clincher and there are quite a few. Why is
soy on his diet (Page 97 of Paul’s protocol third edition published June 2005)
and not on mine? Soy is a pretty big item as it is in over 50% (my estimate) of
all packaged foods which really limits our dietary options. Most chocolate
contains it as soy lecithin. Vegetable oil is from soy. His diet also encourages
the use of soy as protein four times per week. So why would I leave out that
important ingredient in my diet and suggest using butter and rice bran oil
instead?
And soy is not the only ingredient. There must be another dozen other foods
(some as widely used as soy) or ingredients (including Rosemary) that I left out
of the acceptable to eat list. So if I copied his diet, I’m pretty poor at
copying. But not only that, why would I put them on the NO NO list? I’d just
conveniently forget about them, right?

Cheesy warning
8.
Tip of the update
1.
Confusion with contamination:
I've
been on the diet for months and been totally symptom free except lately for some
unexplained itching from time to time. Racking my brain to understand what I
might be eating to contribute to the occasional itching was a confusing issue.
Last evening I wore my leather coat that I had worn only for a few minutes at a
time on an occasional basis. However, last evening, I drove a half hour with the
coat and by the time I arrived at my destination, itching was all around my mid
section after being free of itching for days.
It
is really disheartening to experience this and frustrating. I cut my plans short
and drove home without wearing the coat in total frustration. Fortunately, I
knew what to do when I got home--sprayed my car seat, removed the linings in my
coats and laundered them with ammonia, turned the arms in all the coats inside
out and sprayed them with ammonia solution , sprayed my laundry with ammonia
solution (just for insurance), and then took a shower and treated my skin where
I was itching with tea tree oil. It took four days to get things back to normal
even with the diet. Contamination is a huge factor and particularly confusing
for someone who is starting the diet for the first time and simultaneously
disinfecting the surroundings. For me, it was easier to suspect contamination
because when my diet is off, my first warning sign is the creation of a new
papule. I’d have to go off the diet for several days before the itching would
start.
2.
Correction to cat's claw protocol.
Doctors
also confuse me. Ten days ago, the doctor says part II of the treatment is 12
drops of Taurox 7X once per day under the tongue on an empty stomach and
yesterday he changes it to one drop until the bottle is empty--go figure--it'll
take a year to empty that bottle at one drop a day. I'll know more about this in
a month at the next doctor visit. If anyone has used this homeopathically,
perhaps you can shed some light.
3.
Chocolate and walnuts are a definite possibility for adding to stage I of the
diet. But before you get too excited, it’s only alkali chocolate—not the one
found in most candy and ice cream which is made with soy lecithin (still to be
avoided). I boost my saw dust
cookies with baking chocolate and walnuts to improve the taste (still a far cry
from what you want in a cookie).
4.
I discovered the connection between my diet and relief of symptoms back in the
middle 90’s. I always thought that I’d find a cure using some medication
such as I did last summer with antibiotics and anti-fungals and the diet would be
moot. In other words I thought of it as a leaf on a tree and figured once I
found the cure (the root), the leaf would be just a temporary thing until I
found the cure and I’d no longer need it.
My
experience now along with what I’m learning about the parasitic infection says
the diet is really the root and the trunk of the tree and whatever treatments
you’re using are more like the leaves on the tree. They can’t flourish or be
successful without using the diet—it’s that simple. Now, I’m a guy that
hates diets. I hate restrictions, but the parasites care less about what I like
and more about what they like so that why diet is KING.
Everyday
I get emails from subscribers who have gone the way of the diet and what I
noticed is that once they get on the diet, they become very protective of it and
avoid at all costs eating something that could cause of problem—the diet
works.
5.
My spray bottle reached the end of its usefulness and failed by dropping ammonia
on my hard wood floor—the drops ruined the finish. Good thing I’m in the
middle of remodeling and redoing the floors is on the to-do list.
6.
Ok, here’s a most valuable link sent in by Kim. It’s not specifically for
parasites—it’s for Lyme. However, according to Dr. Harvey, 95% of Morgellons
sufferers have Lyme too. The value of this reference is a treatment modality
that integrates most of the various treatments people use for parasites as in
the effective treatment of Lyme, it’s important to get rid of the parasites
too as opposed to thinking that once the Lyme is gone, the immune system will
kill off the parasites.
One of my subscribers was kind enough to forward me this link. http://www.healthfreedomsolutions.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=60
by Dr. Kklinghardt. It is one of the most comprehensive protocols I’ve read and most enlightening. It’s mainly about the treatment of Lyme disease—makes no mention of Morgellons—however, extensively addresses the issue of parasite removal. If you read it, you will see as part of the protocol many of the treatments (cat’s claw, salt & vit C…) listed in the medical links and the alternative therapies in my report. You will also notice that diet is an important part of his protocol. I used to think there was one treatment that would handle this parasite thing, now I’m getting the feeling that we have to throw everything at it we can.
Tracy (a subscriber) called his office and found this info--by the way, he's away and out of the office for the month of March.
If any of you have had contact
with him and any feedback. It would be appreciated.
7. Cheese. Unprocessed cheese has never contributed to creation of papules or itching/biting and as far as the parasites are concerned. However it’s estimated that 95% of us have LYME and one of the things that the spirochete (borrellia) is believed to do is to hide inside yeast and fungi cells to avoid being killed by the antibiotics. Well, maybe they are not that smart—maybe they just like yeast and fungi and it just so happens that antibiotics and perhaps natural remedies can’t touch them when they enshroud themselves with yeast or fungi. What’s this got to do with cheese?
Answer: Fermentation contributes to yeast and fungi and cheese is a naturally fermented food. This is why sugars and refined flours, and perhaps fruits are a problem too because they contribute to the fermentation process in the stomach creating yeast cells—candida albicans. But contrary to the cheese, the parasites also love many flours (carbohydrates—especially high in gluten such as wheat) and fruit. So as much as I love cheese, I’ve nixed it from my diet and at first thought that my daily salad would be B O R I N G. Not so, I awakened it by adding crushed black pepper, oregano, sea salt, and crushed red pepper—wow—what a salad.
If any of you have contact with a nutritionist, check this theory out with them and let me know your findings.
8. update tip.
For those of you who have “gone to the
diet,” remember, capsules as used to contain many meds and vitamins… contain
gelatin that parasites love. I remove the contents of all meds and vitamins
(hypoallergenic only) and throw away the capsules to avoid feeding the
parasites. Sometimes there’s a nasty taste, but a quick wash with water
followed by a all bran rye cracker takes quick care of it.

A
Hearty Good Afternoon,
It’s
been suggested that I change the subject of this email from “Morgellons
Update” to something else. While I agree, I’m not sure what to change it to.
“Parasite update” may not be appreciated as often times others may view our
inboxes and almost no one (except for you and I) know what Morgellons is about.
If you have any suggestions, please return this email with them. I’ve
had a rare day today—time to actually go over my inbox. So many of you may
have also received personal emails touching base on our previous communications.
1 evaluation of Tam’s theory
2. part II of the cat’s claw treatment for Lyme
A
few weeks ago I learned of Tam’s Theory. A website that provides an
explanation in quite technical detail of a super morphing parasite that’s 1/3
butterfly-like flying insect and 2/3 something else. It’s only a couple pages
in length and after all it’s technical wizardry doesn’t tell anything about
who Tam is or most important, Tam’s credentials, or basis for his/her
conclusions. It also provides a medical protocol. I normally would not comment
on the information on this website because there is just too much missing. How
does one reach Tam, is Tam a fellow sufferer, what have been the results of
those who used the medical protocol? Just too many unanswered questions.
However,
I imagine many of you who diligently search the internet may have come across
Tam’s theory so I’m passing along the comments of an expert in the field who
evaluated Tams theory as provided by a subscriber. Here is what she said,
“
read your notes below with great interest and just wanted to add my new 2
cents.
I inquired
of a not-named-for-privacy Professor of Microbiology on what they
thought of TamTam's verbosities. Although their response, does
not take into consideration unknown fantastical genetically modified possibilities,
I think it does provide more insight into how plausible TamTam's theory
is/or perhaps isn't. I personally will ONLY believe TamTam in the light of
proof from them, regarding their stance. Here is what the professor
said.”
“I
am only sorry that I could not be more helpful. Unfortunately there are many
infections and diseases that we know precious little about.
The
good thing is that emerging technologies provide exploratory avenues that are
cost-effective, so that it will be feasible to get a scientific
handle
on at least some poorly understood syndromes within the next ~5 years. As a
Pfizer person, I am sure you appreciate that a little
scientific
insight can point quite directly toward therapeutics. I am not certain if you
have a scientific background, but the general
area
of "meta-genomics" is the technology that I am enthusiastic about. We
don't do that work; I am just cheering from the sidelines. But the
key
idea of general utility is that one studies non-cultivatable organisms through
their genetic fingerprints. This is very neat, and
will
solve all sorts of things in our lifetimes in my view. I read the first few
statements that you provided from the website and
they
sound like the ravings of a lunatic. A few explanations follow:
>
The fiber disease constitutes an infection with a genetically modified
>
quorum sensing stem cell related micro organism.
These
are a bunch of interesting terms thrown together into a meaningless morass. Stem
cells are from multicellular creatures, like
us.
Microorganisms are typically unicellular. There is no such thing as a stem cell
related microorganism. And probably all microorganisms
are
capable of quorum sensing. So the statement is really gibberish.
>
Basically the organism represents a cyano bacterium that knows a stage
>
as a giant cell and as a mold.
This
sort of metamorphosis is unprecedented. And molds come from a different kingdom
from cyanobacteria.
>
Diversification resulting in specialized organisms (cell)
>
takes place by shaft, giant cell and by fission of cocci resembling
>
micro organisms.
I
have never heard of these sorts of interactions. But the key red flag for me (up
and down the page) is that there is no citation for
experimental
evidence in a peer-reviewed publication. Now as everyone knows even
peer-reviewed stuff can be wrong or fabricated - like the
stem
cell fabrication out of
So
be careful with that web site.”
So
Tam wherever you are, come out, come out and tell us who you are.
Part
II of the Cat’s Claw Treatment
This
is the protocol my mother’s physician started her with several weeks ago for
Lyme:
Cat’s
claw: one drop in the morning and one drop in the evening. Add 4 ox water and
wait one minute before drinking. Add one drop each subsequent evening until a
total of twenty drops in the morning and 20 drops in the evening are reached.
Two
times when she reached 18 drops she experienced severe problems with loose
bowels. He then backed her off to ten drops and then brought her up to twenty.
Part II of the treatment is to add Taurox. On an empty stomach once each
day 12 drops under the tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing.
Be
healthy and well and keep the diet sacredSM
Many
report significant progress with the diet—send me your stories too so we all
may learn more and if you’re having trouble with it, let me know. I can
probably tell you what’s causing the problem.

Email 2/3/06
Good
morning,
In
this news letter are:
I
received an email from a subscriber yesterday telling me that she was
disappointed that after a week of being on the diet, she had little if any
progress. She wrote, “I
am disappointed that Your protocol did not work well on me for one week.”
Before
reading on, can you figure out what the problem is?
A
little note about fruit: I understand that technically tomatoes are a fruit as
opposed to a veggie and tomatoes are perfectly fine to eat. There are some
fruits I’ve never tested such as pomegranate, persimmons… Any feed back on
these would be appreciated.
How
to tell if your Treatment is Working
Everybody
seems to be on some kind of treatment—wormers, antibiotics, iodine, rife
machines, herbs.
The
truth is that some treatments may actually feed the parasites and aggravate the
problem.
Now
the tricky part--to tell when a treatment is working. You will get crawling and
some biting sensations when your diet is off (as it is with fruit) and you will
get some biting and crawling sensations when your medications poison their
environment inside your body.
Now,
if your diet is ON ON, there will be no crawling or biting--period. That's been
my experience, but the diet is very critical--take just one soft jell or
medicine or vitamin with a capsule or take the wrong vitamins (with additives
not on the diet) and the benefit if the diet is lost for that day or two.
Easy
way to tell is to watch for formation of new pimples or papules. If new ones
form or if old ones enlarge slightly, then you are feeding the parasites. If now
new ones pimples or papules form and old papules or sites are stay the same or
slightly decrease and the biting ceases, then the treatment is killing the
parasites.
When
to go to stage II of the Diet
When
you get to the point of no symptoms (itching or biting), no new pimples or
papules forming, and all old lesions totally gone, then you can celebrate and
let me know at which point you can go to stage II of the diet and if you have no
further reactions within two weeks of stage II, I think you may be cured and can
eat normally again.
Garlic
Advice
Before
I discovered the benefits from diet, garlic was my life saving strategy. By the
time I got around to testing diet, I was at 45 or 50 soft gels of 5,0000 mg
garlic per day. I should have bought stock in garlic soft gels. They got me
through my first year or so and made life bearable, however, today I wouldn’t
dare take a soft gel or even a capsule because the ingredients in the soft gel
and the capsules themselves feed the parasites. Why wasn’t it a problem early
on?
Diet
Flexibility
I
can only surmise that in the beginning period of infection, the diet is more
flexible. For instance, ten years ago in the beginning of experimenting with
diet, commercial rice bread containing soy was acceptable—today it will cause
dormant parasites to activate. I can only assume that the earlier the infection
is dealt with, the more flexible the diet can be.
I’ve
known of people that I’ve accidentally infected that by simply using topicals
such as calamine lotion, zirydryl, Neosporin plus, tea tree oil, Neem cream,
skin zinc or… and taking charge if the environment with disinfection
protocols, get rid of them without having to go to diet. One had success with a
double descending dose of prednisone—no diet. But the infection was caught
early on. In fact, I dare say that I believe none of us would be suffering from
this disease today if our primary doctors had in the very beginning suggested
disinfections of the surroundings and some of those basic over the counter
remedies.
Diet
Addition
You
can add millet to the diet plan and barley is a NO NO.
Yeast
hides Lyme
It’s
important to keep the sugars low in the diet for two reasons:
1.
the
parasites love them although later on in stage II Haagan Daz ice cream is OK,
but anything with sugars contributes to yeast and fungi.
2.
According
to Dr. Bransfield the borrellia (Lyme) can hide inside yeast and fungi where
they are impervious to antibiotics. This is why effective treatment of lyme
integrates anti fungals in the protocol. This also means it’s important to
keep the intake of sugar or anything that contributes to yeast such as refined
flours, fruits… minimal.
Be
well and healthy and keep the diet sacredSM til cure.

Hi,
If you choose to no longer receive these updates, please return email me and I’ll remove you from the email list.
The 15th is just around the corner—For Symptom relief—do diet! Hope you’ve been planning for the diet.
Just a few updates.
In the diet I reported that Hormel canned ham has no sugar, however, when I recently checked both of their large cans, both had sugar. I looked for the small can (which I had originally bought and couldn’t find one) so I don’t know if the Lyme is affecting my brain or if the small ham doesn’t have sugar, or if I simply was mistaken, or if they suddenly started adding sugar to the ham—apologize for the confusion re ham.
Two people in the last 30 days have elected to stop receiving emails for the following two reasons:
I pass along this information simply because Morgellons is only known by symptoms from which there can be many causes.
Of course, thanks to Paul of Paul’s Protocol at www.be-healthy-forever.com, lately we’re pursuing the worm possibility-- Strongyloides stercoralis as some sufferers have reported its presence. In some of my emails I noted a dewormer from restore-body.com which I began taking over a month ago. The instructions on the bottle are for one tablespoon in the morning and one at night. I did that along with fasting recommendations for 30 days and found that within 4-14 days there were a mass exodus of larvae from my skin and then noticed nothing happening. It just turned out that my lady friend’s birthday was just a few days ago and I went off the diet to enjoy ice cream cake and Mong cake (a Chinese cake). I had new papules (first ones in a month) and return of the larvae to my skin within 12 hours.
I emailed Brent who sells the dewormer with my results as I noticed for tape worm, the recommendations are for consuming an entire bottle within a few days and at the label recommended dosage, two bottles lasted a month. He replied, “Your results are interesting. Everyone has different results, and many have no “results” at all. Meaning they have results but don’t see anything happening. Between Dr. Christopher and other famous herbalist it would appear the best dose for any major infestation to be in the 2-3 tablespoon am/pm for most problems. It has been reported that some people have used as much as ¼ bottle per day!! Because we are not physicians we can not diagnose any particular worm type. Or prescribe any particular dosage for you..
May I ask what symptoms you are having?? May I ask if your diet has your body running alkaline? Do you have one BM for every full meal? These are all very important.
I am sorry I will not be able to quickly answer your response to my email. I will be out of town for the next 4 days, however I will be checking my emails probably once per day…”
I can not say the dewormer does not work—only that the dosage I used for a month was insufficient. Anyone who has experience with this product, please pass it along. In the meantime, I’m going the antibody blood test route. My doctor wants me to also get a stool, however, I suspect that as long as I’m on the diet, the larvae won’t be present in the stool since they are not present on my skin. So it might be a catch 22 thing here. I may have to suffer with cheese cake and doughnuts for a few days so I can itch like hell and capture some of them in my stool.
Let me hear your results with the diet and any questions you may have. But Please read through the diet at http://www.dstressdoc.com/Morgellons/diet.htm before asking. If you have a question, just search for the word on the page. If the answer is not there, then by all means, please email me.
Be healthy, well, and may you have lots of love in your life.

Hello,
Received a correction from Lori re contact info.
“The phone Number for Kevin Meehan is 307 734 8044, please correct. The important part of the treatment is the iodine is phenolated, that means it will seek out and kill parasites and mold/fungus. This is a total different chemical makeup from iodine, please note. I will let you know when the last 10% goes away, which seems to be happening. I think I mentioned the diet I am on in my last email. Lori”
Hopefully you’ve gone to www.DStress.com/skin.htm and linked on to the diet by now. The 15th is approaching for those of you who haven’t gotten started yet. Those who have already started are reporting tremendous benefit.
Yesterday, I noted that thiabendazole is a problem with the FDA—somehow I was led to believe that. I did a google search last night and went through 30 pages of returns and didn’t find any info that indicated the FDA had a problem with it. Everything indicated that your doctor can prescribe it. It works for all kinds of worms—pin, round, flat, hook and even some other stuff. It is also use as a pesticide. I updated this info to the report and added a link to a page that gives it usage, how to take it… Of course, your doctor needs to order blood and stool tests to confirm nematode presence before he’ll prescribe it. That testing info is also in the report—just go to the medical approaches link.
Best of health, wealth, prosperity, and may you have lots of love in your life!.

Hi,
I usually don’t pass these emails along. I get so many heart wrenching poems and stories that I could forever be forwarding. But this one from Eva (a subscriber) grabbed my soul and it’s a great excuse to remind you of the diet. Yesterday was the start for many of you and for those who just didn’t get it going, there’s a reprieve—another group is starting on the 15th—plenty time to order your rice bran oil...
Everyday, I get lots of emails. One subscriber had as she explained it a “Christmas Miracle” and gotten 90% free with an iodine treatment she recently began. I share this Christmas miracle in the hope someone else may be helped by this information. She writes, “Kevin Meehan operates Teton Valley Health Clinic and can be reached at 307 724 8044. Happy New Year!!! Lori” for anyone who would like more particulars. I value these emails and hope that one day, one of these (and we have several who are using effective approaches from dewormers to rife machines) ends in 100% cure. In the mean time I responded to her with the following as I’m firmly believe that any approach with out the diet is just another journey. Note, at the bottom I include a quote from Gil, who just started the diet yesterday—it works that fast.”
”Thanks so much for your email. I am very happy for your Christmas Miracle—it was like that for me to get symptom free—a new life.
Are you doing the diet?
I don’t want to dampen your enthusiasm as I know that 90% improvement is a HUGE step and I’m very interested in the iodine treatment. However, many of us are at 90%. I’ve been at 99% for many years. It’s that last 1-10% that is the real challenge.
Stage I of the diet alone got me to 99% freedom and Stage II of the diet http://www.dstressdoc.com/Morgellons/diet.htm kept me there for over 10 years until I got reinfected with an article of clothing that was in storage all those years—what a bummer. Guess what, the diet got me back to 99% within 6 days.
Now, we’re looking for cure which I think will be when a person reaches the point of zero itchy/bity (very easy to do with diet alone) and all old lesions completely gone and no new pimples or papules forming (the biggest challenge).
Please keep me informed of your continued progress with the iodine—you may be onto something that is incredibly valuable and every subscriber is waiting.
I can’t tell you how many treatments I’ve started with amazing results in the beginning thinking, “it’s only a matter of a short time until I can shout ‘cure’ to the world.
What I would suggest to boost the effect of the iodine treatment is to use Stage I of the diet. Everyday, I get feedback from others who have initially read the report and thought, “OK, when I really get desperate, I’ll starve myself with the lousy diet,” only to eventually “bite the bullet” so to speak, realize the diet isn’t that bad as in fact there are many tasty entrée’s and then write me two days later, “I credit my doctor hor her help she my be skeptical but she is willing to work with me and order tests. Today I followed the diet and already I have had succes the crawling feeling has reduced and I rarely have any itching. I baraly have any black specs and puples have reduced already.” Gil
He put off the diet for months. Notice how fast the diet works!!!! But he does notice that coffee is a problem for him—wasn’t for me. Am getting details as to whether it’s caffeinated or regular or with creamer… for further understanding.
Best of healthy, wealth, prosperity, may you have lots of love in your life, and enjoy the attachment.

Happy
New Year,
If you choose to not receive emails any longer, please return this with instructions to remove your name. I value your privacy.
Let’s go
for cure in 06—sorry it doesn’t rhyme, but I’m certain next years “NEW YEAR”
greeting will have many cures under its belt thanks to the inputs from Joanne,
Paul, and myself. In 05 we have added real medical tests and labs that can run
those test and you can get it all of it done by your own GP without any
expensive specialist and can take advantage of the protocols from those
specialists.
Ready, get set, go! Tomorrow is the first day to start the diet. Are you ready
or have you freaked out at the prospect of doing it so soon? To make it
enjoyable, there’s a lot of preparation you might want to do in terms or
ordering or finding rice bran oil, and some of the other foods given on the diet
plan. The recipes are really very tasty. Go to
www.DStressDoc.com.skin.htm and take the link at the top to the diet.
One question came up as to being a week-end warrior with the diet, in other words, be on the diet for 5 days and taking two days off over the weekend. My suggestion is to never play with fire. The diet isn’t that bad if you’re well prepared. Anyway, don’t stay on it because I say so, let your papules and lesions be your guide. What do I mean? Well, I guess I take it for granted, but I rarely get a new pimple (papule) much less a new lesion.
But I’ll tell you when I do get them and what I do about them.
I get them when I accidentally stray from the diet or have to take meds with offending ingredients. You may remember that I had food poisoning just before Christmas from bad food-not from the diet (just wanted to clarify that). I had to take syrup of ipecac and charcoal tablets to deal with it. Both had glycerin and within 24 hrs a papule formed. As I’m rigorous with the diet, they rarely stay more than two to three days. I hit them with ellagiderm cream a couple times and save the Skin Zinc—for the old lesions that are slowly receding to dust. Sometimes, one will last longer than a few days before healing and I’ll then use the skin zinc on it. The diet and these products are my key to minimizing skin lesions. I know lesions can be embarrassing as I remember having one several years ago on the tip of my nose from eating prime rib that I was told was safe by the waitress at my favorite restaurant only to find out later it was marinated in oil. That one lasted over two weeks as I had eaten the prime rib twice in one week.
The point
being, if you go off the diet and a papule forms within 24-30 hrs, you’re
feeding the parasite and it’s rewarding you by attempting to multiply. If the
old lesions get larger, you’re backpedaling. My feeling is that I’ll go off the
diet when all my old lesions are history—they are getting there—and no new
papules form after a week of the old ones gone.
Now after 7 weeks of the diet, 6 weeks of the dewormer at restore-body, and
having been switched back to Bactrim antibiotic 10 days ago, I rewarded my self
with chocolate chocolate chip Haagen Daz with dry walnuts for getting thru the
food poisoning and there was no reaction. This ice cream and other selected
flavors along with walnuts has always been on stage II so maybe you can advance
to some of the foods on stage II after 6 weeks, or maybe it’s the Bactrim, or…
Yes, and I’m increasing my cat’s claw everyday—up to 15 drops twice per day--
to free myself of antibiotics in the fight against LYME. Paul claims Haagen Daz
is an invitation to feed the parasites. My experience says otherwise. I know
that any other brand is an invitation as they all contain additives that feed
parasites. In fact the alkali chocolate may offset the sugar in the ice
cream—only a speculation. Nevertheless, I’m not suggesting it to be added to
Stage I of the Diet—only noting that with time you may find a tasty reward that
you thought was out of reach. Let your papules decide for you.
We have more to learn about the diet. But, what I do know is that it produces results so incredible that most people just after a few weeks think that they are cured when they really aren’t. I did this many times when I first discovered the diet over ten years ago and jumped into every day food only to be morally destroyed a few days or a week later. At that time I didn’t know the skin lesions were linked to the itchy bity symptoms. I thought they were two different parasites. Now, I know that the papules, lesions, and the itchy bity larvae are all connected in one of two different life cycles which is in the report from the cdc. Each time, I’d go back to eating normally I’d get away with it for up to a week before all hell broke loose again. Now, when the last lesion is gone and only then will I begin to think “cure”
If you want details on the ellagiderm cream or the skin zinc, return my email.
Paul is collecting a list of names for a CDC petition—he needs 2,000 and has about 500. If you’d like to be heard in this fight, return this email and let me know and I’ll pass along your info to Paul.
Be Healthy, well, keep the diet sacred, and may you have lot’s of love in your life,
