Super Learning

This is the technique that first gained popularity in the 1970's and 80's as a step to achieving one's full learning potential. You may have heard intriguing stories of people learning effortlessly while listening to classical music.

The Super Learning Technique requires an investment of time and practice to develop the technique after which time, the process of recall and learning is dramatically accelerated. What generally stands in the way of scholastic achievement is generally self doubts. The program includes a relaxation experience to move through self doubts and hypnotically dissolves them. Exercises in breathing to a cadence conducive to ultimate learning are used in conjunction with affirmations.

In the beginning you record the material for learning onto a cassette or cd and play it back as you work with the exercises on the cd. You advance through these exercises at your own pace. In time you replace the exercises on the cd with music of your choice.
